The original design didn't work with the space as the floors were uneven. The rep came back out with technician and came up with a solution that worked. We weren't able to get it in before the end of the year because we didn't know how uneven the floor was until it was self-leveled out. Glad they were able to come up with a successful solution. The carpenter they used was great and a perfectionist. Once that was done and notified that the glass was cut and ready for installation. Enrique and Andrew came out prompt, professional, and completed the installation within half the time of the allotted window. These have only been installed for a couple of weeks, but so far we are very happy with the investment, service and quality of work. As they were leaving, I inquired if they replaced glass in mirrors. I handed over a full length antique morror encased in wood that belonged to my Great Grandmother. I requested a beveled mirror. That took about 4 weeks and was a little under $300.00 (what I expected). Both jobs were executed beautifully and professionally.

He came first thing the next day to give a free quote, and his quote was lower than all other quotes I received. He took the window back to his shop to install a new piece of glass, putting in the special gas between the panes that helps with insulation & energy efficiency. Custom Mirror Creations Installed a Custom 3/8 Frameless, Three Section Glass Shower Door in our…read moreMasterbath. Amount charged was $1500.00. It appears the contractor who was contracted to remodel our bathroom paid $1000.00. (My husband and I do not know why the contractor only paid $1000.00 and unfortunately we are not able to get a hold of the contractor.) We used the shower for 3 months (the bathroom was not available to use until November of 2019) from November 2019 to January 2020 and the alignment of the door became unaligned so much that we were concerned for our safety. We were having problems with opening and closing the door. We contacted Custom Mirror Creations a couple of times and they finally came out to realign the glass shower door. Two months later the same thing happened as well as the plastic on the bottom of the door is almost halfway off. Which means the door is scraping the bottom surface. We have called Custom Mirror Creations three times, once in March 2020, once on April 3, 2020 and then on May 12, 2020. We left messages stating we would like to resolve this problem, because we do not want to have to keep on calling them every 2-3 months. We even left in our message that we are willing to work with them if we need to do something different with the door so we don't keep on having this problem. They have not returned any of our phone calls. $1000.00 on a shower door that has only be used a few months and keeps getting unaligned is a problem, feels unsafe and also is scraping the marble surface of the bottom of the door.
