We had a few hiccups at the beginning due to the uncertainty presented by the stay-at-home orders for Covid 19. Once the parameters were made clear, the job began with crews working on our structures daily (with occasional rain delays.) The entire crew was courteous, thorough and did an excellent job painting all the homes. We had an outside contractor monitor their work who underscored the professional job they did. The outside paint work did not impact residents with respiratory issues as they used high quality low VOC Miller paint. As the HOA President, I was in almost daily contact with the onsite coordinator, Josh Macey and would like to commend on his excellent communication skills and responsiveness. In addition, he posted video logs of daily progress. It's particularly helpful to have good communication for a project that impacts residents for many weeks. Thank you Brotherhood Painting! PS Note: The one issue we had was the trampling of some plants. In order to prevent overspray, vegetation was covered with cloth. Some ground cover was flattened and the occasional branch was broken. We can report that most of the plants recovered and we all appreciated that the plant issue is part of the process.

I was looking for somebody to help get my mom's home back in order from top to bottom. Marcus and His coworker were absolutely fantastic. They were not only hardworking, efficient, very experienced but also were extremely sensitive & caring to my moms situation. I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with the company. At the last minute we needed an extra dump load taken off the property and they were able to get that put together at the last minute as well. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for A reliable and extremely professional and competent company. Thank you Servicemaster for making a very hard situation have a beautiful ending. I initially connected with Apex when a friend suggested I might try using Yelp to find a contractor. Christian, the owner, came to give me an estimate on removing some nasty carpet from a bathroom and replacing it with more appropriate bathroom flooring. I was trying to get this done quickly to better meet family medical needs, so I wasn't too fussy about what it looked like. I described what was needed and he used his experience to suggest what would work best for our situation and he sent me a few pictures of different flooring and edging to choose from. He bought materials the next morning, and had good communication on keeping me updated for his arrival time after the materials purchase. One thing I really appreciated is that he was able to plan the work around elderly family needs with the bathroom. Even though there were other bathrooms in the home, because it was the best bathroom for an elderly person to use at night, he kept it functional between the first and second days of work. Even though this wasn't necessarily the most "efficient" way of working he prioritized our needs. He also kept everything very tidy around the area where work was being done, and was able to keep the hallway outside of the bathroom accessible during the day while he was working. After the work was complete, Christian had me look it over, made sure everything was clean and every last bit of debris from the project was removed from the property, and later that evening sent me an invoice online. It was convenient to access and pay the invoice with a card via a secure payment platform. Christian was also very professional and respectful in all aspects of our communication and working in the house. I also appreciated that he's very clear and specific on what types of work he does and what he doesn't, and his connections to people who can help with other construction specialties. I would not hesitate to hire Apex for other jobs in the future!

That's not saying they are the cheapest, but the work they deliver is typically charged far more for. In under a week, they painted the entire interior including 40 kitchen cabinets, trim, walls and ceilings. All look GREAT.
