Grand finale August 16th was big drama over having to talk to a police officer after yesterday's client was stolen from-- via a phone call 20 minutes after scheduled start time--and it turned out the officer just phoned for a few minutes, but meanwhile we were totally NO-SHOWED AGAIN. So I just requested return of our gate opener. THAT WAS NEARLY A MONTH AGO. And if you read them all, you will note that almost every dissatisfied customer has similar complaints (high prices for little return, dishonest practices, damage not present prior to their arrival for which no accountability, unpleasant dishonent "front" man - Rusty, etc. In my case, pretty amazing that they could not find any damage other than the obvious when in the end, it was a 75K remodel to find the source, eliminate the cause and repair all the damage. Apart from their lack of professional expertise, their people skills are horrendous. From top to bottome, these people were dishonest, unpleasant and incompetent to say the very least.
