Horrible customer service!!!! If i can give a negative star I really would!!! I went to tint my tesla and there were 2 guys. When I called in i got a quote for $330 and when I went in the other person (a lot nicer) said it was $300!! When the person over heard he said it was going to be 2 pieces for the back!! He gave me crap throughout the time I was there, being rude and very unprofessional! When I mentioned that was not what we agreed on, he said he will do it for $450!!!! Very disgusting customer service! Not straightforward, no people skills and definitely in this business to rip people off!!! Had an issue with my tint (I was experiencing bad glare at night time. I was seeing triple brake/headlights), Caleb didn't really care to listen to what I had to say because he was "too busy". He wasn't too busy when I inquired about getting the tint done though. Instead of wanting to take a look at what may be causing the issue he offered to remove the tint for an additional $80. I wouldn't recommend this place. I'd go somewhere else that uses 3M film versus Suntek. I've had 3M in my other vehicles (even on the windshield) and never had an issue. UPDATE: I went somewhere else, got the tint removed and got 3M tint installed. The glare went away and it's a lot more clear than Suntek. Definitely wouldn't recommend the Suntek brand. read more

Clear choice replaced my windshield after it cracked from a rock. A few days after the replacement another rock hit my windshield and caused another crack but this time it was repairable. I went back to clear choice and they were kind enough to fix my crack for FREE!!! I have been telling all my friends about them. I've giving this guy theee of my of my vehicles for tints due to being conveniently close. First time treats you with open arms, claiming how his warranty is superior, nothing to worry about and getting superior quality and craftsmanship. Three cars later, my third and last vehicle, after telling this clown that I didn't want a tint do dark that it would attract law enough attention. Well. Finished product looked resembled a vehicle that the secret service would use for identity concealment. So angry. Didn't even show me the samples before installation and warned him that the film he was cutting out looked very dark. Of course, being the narcissistic salesman that he is, stated in had nothing to worry about. Well, now when we take vehicle out at day break. It is so dark and noticeable that a vampire would have no problem using as a coffin. Also, another vehicle's passenger window had scuffed edges on top side. All my vehicles are fairly new and in excellent condition. This owner of establishment, after going on about his worry free warranty for any little discrepancies. Informed me that he would not replace because the inside track of my windows scrapes the film. I told him nothing us obstructing the track nor is it opening or closing roughly or making any type of stressed noises. As all cons, he did not honor his word or warranty. Not surprising. Especially in these new times where customer service is non existing. Go somewhere else with quality paper. read more
