JT windshield repair came to my home to try to fix a mistake that another windshield repair company had done. Unfortunately, because I originally made the mistake of hiring the wrong company, he was not able to fix it. I regret not calling him in the first place as I could tell he was the best for the job. He had the right tools and even took the time to asses and see if these was anything else he could do to fix the "repaired" chip on my windshield. He told me what he would have done, that the other person did not even suggest if doing. Had I called him in the first place, my problem would have been solved. Now I have to buy a new windshield. I writing this right after an install. Clariza & Marcio are very nice people & very ethical and professional! They showed up on time, pulled out there stuff, laid the windshield on a dolly, that's when Marcio noticed the windshield they packed had a small chip on the bottom edge. He apologized and explained he didn't want to install this damaged one, and would need to exchange for another. After discussing our schedules, we agreed he would return with a new windshield in 40 minutes. I chose the break to get in a needed oil change.
