The whole staff was rude, belittling, and ungentle when it came to a certain service. I should have filed a complaint after I left the office, but I was so shaken up by the mistreatment and how uncomfortable I was made to feel that I wanted to just forget the whole experience. Now, 2 months later and I received a bill for 2700 for an iud. For an iud. They tell me to take it up with my insurance because it doesn't require authorizations after they made me wait for a month to get an authorization. Are you kidding me?! I paid $3000 for my whole face to be done, we did it in 2 sessions, it is very time consuming, about 6 hours for the 2 sessions, it was painful for me, and hard on her having to stand bent over me for all those hours. The results were basically nothing. She offered 2 facial type treatments for free because she knew I wasn't happy with the results of the Fiberblast. I did one facial, which didn't do much of anything. I didn't do the other treatment since it didn't do anything. I decided to ask her for half my money back, she said no refunds, and that she offered the facials, which do nothing. I feel she should have offered at least a decent amount of money back since the Fiberblast did not live up to it's advertisement at all. I would not recommend her for any treatment that is suppose to tighten or firm the skin.
