Henderson Yelpers, I…read moream very happy with Dr. Falcone. First, she is such a positive energy. She is also a wealth of information when it comes to women's health. I see her for my annual Pap and now I am seeing her for perimenopause symptoms and hormone replacement. She is so attentive and doesn't miss a step. I had tried the hormone pellets and they were great just not sustainable realistically long term financially for me, because insurance doesn't cover it. $500 every 3 months is tough for me so I was looking for another option. She asked all the questions for me so that I did not have to know everything to say. She even had information preprinted and gave it to me so that someone my age knows what I need to be doing for myself and my health. I was given an option that would be more affordable and I left the office feeling empowered and hopeful that I will be feeling better soon. She encouraged me to follow up in 9 months. She said she would refill my prescriptions and the back office staff asked me to call to schedule my appointment for October in April when the that part of schedule will open up. The office is busy and there are multiple doctors working and seeing patients. The front office is running smoothly though. I felt like they were pleasant. They have a long lobby with several areas with chairs to sit. The nurse that brought me back, took my vitals, roomed me, and was very nice. I recommend this office and especially Dr. Falcone. She is top notch. Very professional, knowledgeable, and has an excellent bedside manner. I am grateful to have her as my doctor. I would call ahead to check if they are contracted with your insurance and make a an appointment. They are conveniently located in Henderson and they are in a medical complex with a lot of parking. I definitely recommend Dr. Falcone if you need an Gyn.

Annoying. Then called to get the real address, again the receptionist was rude. Showed up to the office where I wasn't even greeted by the two rude receptionist who continued their conversation while I stood at the front desk. Where one receptionist then turns and says "you can sign in" and then I had to interrupt their conversation and say "well I've never been here before". Then was handed this extremely flawed stack of patient paperwork (15 pages long). After struggling to read & navigate the paperwork I decided not to see this doctor & left the office. Here is why. In my perspective if a medical professional is okay with their staff being rude, the paperwork being hardly eligible. I think it's safe to say that they don't care about their patients. Pay attention to those who are representing your physician, if they are terrible than chances are the doctor is too! I prefer a medical professional who pays attention to fine detail and takes pride in their team.

I would definitely recommend her to other women. Dr. Alvarez, is a skilled surgeon. He has over 25 years experience preforming gynecological surgical procedures. Most of his surgeries, like the one I had are done laparoscopically using a single small incision. I was able to return to work full time after a short recovery period. If you are in need of surgery for a female problem I highly recommend you see Dr. Alvarez.
