Henderson Yelpers, I…read moream very happy with Dr. Falcone. First, she is such a positive energy. She is also a wealth of information when it comes to women's health. I see her for my annual Pap and now I am seeing her for perimenopause symptoms and hormone replacement. She is so attentive and doesn't miss a step. I had tried the hormone pellets and they were great just not sustainable realistically long term financially for me, because insurance doesn't cover it. $500 every 3 months is tough for me so I was looking for another option. She asked all the questions for me so that I did not have to know everything to say. She even had information preprinted and gave it to me so that someone my age knows what I need to be doing for myself and my health. I was given an option that would be more affordable and I left the office feeling empowered and hopeful that I will be feeling better soon. She encouraged me to follow up in 9 months. She said she would refill my prescriptions and the back office staff asked me to call to schedule my appointment for October in April when the that part of schedule will open up. The office is busy and there are multiple doctors working and seeing patients. The front office is running smoothly though. I felt like they were pleasant. They have a long lobby with several areas with chairs to sit. The nurse that brought me back, took my vitals, roomed me, and was very nice. I recommend this office and especially Dr. Falcone. She is top notch. Very professional, knowledgeable, and has an excellent bedside manner. I am grateful to have her as my doctor. I would call ahead to check if they are contracted with your insurance and make a an appointment. They are conveniently located in Henderson and they are in a medical complex with a lot of parking. Dr. Falcone doesn't deliver babies anymore & I only need her for GYN needs as I'm not looking to get pregnant. She always arrives in the exam room with a big smile, she's super friendly, knowledgeable, gentle, caring & doesn't make you feel rushed. She's a great listener to any concerns or questions I have. One time when I arrived for my yearly exam I was super stressed after getting some bad news from my job & she actually took the time to let me confide in her on what was going on. This was so appreciated & she didn't need to do this for me, thank you because it helped to talk about the issue with the 1st human I happened to come in contact with after getting the phone call from my boss. I did have an issue with a staff member while waiting to be seen last year. She didn't normally work the front desk but she had a horrible demeanor & wasn't very professional. I did find out today that she no longer works there & that the doctor's had replaced their staff due to having too many issues with them so if you have run into any issues with them please give the doctor's another chance. I even had an issue getting a hold of my MD's MA last year & scheduling an appointment earlier this year. It does make it hard for patient's when they love their doctor but not their staff & unfortunately unprofessional, uneducated & rude staff can affect their practice. I was glad to know that something has been done about it. I love how they have their own lab in house so I don't have far to go when I want blood work done with my yearly exam. The phlebotomist has always been really nice, professional, gentle & friendly. I don't usually have to wait long to be called back & review home meds & what I'm in the office for. I do find it odd that the only vitals that the MA takes is your weight & blood pressure. No heart rate, respirations, temp. or your height. I have run into having trouble in not being able in getting an appointment for a "problem" in a timely manner which can be frustrating if it's something that needs attention & may be gone by the time you do get an appointment. I like when doctor's leave some extra time in their day to fill these requests. I'm so thankful that I have found Dr. Falcone after having my previous, young GYN retire back in 2020. 5 STARS for Dr. Falcone!! Thank you!

I recently moved to the bullhead city area where I'm in search of a female gyno. So I made an…read moreappointment with an extremely rude receptionist who proceeded to give me the address of their old office building. I show up on the day of my appointment to the wrong location. Annoying. Then called to get the real address, again the receptionist was rude. Showed up to the office where I wasn't even greeted by the two rude receptionist who continued their conversation while I stood at the front desk. Where one receptionist then turns and says "you can sign in" and then I had to interrupt their conversation and say "well I've never been here before". Then was handed this extremely flawed stack of patient paperwork (15 pages long). After struggling to read & navigate the paperwork I decided not to see this doctor & left the office. Here is why. In my perspective if a medical professional is okay with their staff being rude, the paperwork being hardly eligible. I think it's safe to say that they don't care about their patients. Pay attention to those who are representing your physician, if they are terrible than chances are the doctor is too! I prefer a medical professional who pays attention to fine detail and takes pride in their team.

I would definitely recommend her to other women. Dr. Alvarez, is a skilled surgeon. He has over 25 years experience preforming gynecological surgical procedures. Most of his surgeries, like the one I had are done laparoscopically using a single small incision. I was able to return to work full time after a short recovery period. If you are in need of surgery for a female problem I highly recommend you see Dr. Alvarez.
