The wait for my ankle braces was too long, so I purchased them myself online and cancelled my…read morepickup appointment. Yesterday I got a text to confirm my appointment, which I never called to reschedule, the clinic rescheduled it without ever even speaking to me. I tried to cancel it via text which didn't work. I called the clinic and was advised that since it's a pickup appointment, they can't cancel it and i have to speak to the clinic directly. I was transferred to a number that went straight to voicemail. I called back to ask how I cancel the appointment if they didn't answer. I was advised that since i left a voicemail it "should be fine" and "it should be cancelled" no reassurance or confirmation that my appointment, that I didn't even make, is cancelled. Their cancellation process is extremely difficult since text nor speaking to the office seems to be effective.
