Michele B had it right. The receptionist is loud and obnoxious. It is as if this is her world and the rest of us should be honored to be in her presence. I have dealt with hanger in lake Havasu and bullhead. I am going back to the other company that is also in all three cities. I am done with Hanger! read more

Being diabetic, I've had my share of foot issues. First it was just shoes, custom fit to my feet. 2 satisfied years and 3 pairs later I'd become familiar with Charmin and Lori. I love them. They treat me like family. Unfortunately, my foot problems worsened and I was diagnosed with Charcot's foot. Charmin and Lori to the rescue yet again. I was fitted with a special boot that seemed to do the trick. All my paperwork and subsequent needs were dealt with lickety split/no hassle. But, as is often the case with diabetics, I ended up needing a BTK amputation. That's when I met Jason. Couldn't ask for a more knowledgable technician. I can't imagine any better trio for those in need of the kind of help I've gotten from them. Superb team. I highly recommend them. read more

The staff is extremely busy. You may have a 30-45 minute wait but they will be through, careful, and professional. Their products are top of the line. I love my new shoes! Modern looking! They made me feel young. Thanks! Marquita M. Torres age 68. read more

I've been going there for years now and am very happy with the certified prosthetic technician Lori, who absolutely goes the extra mile for her clients, always with a smile and most importantly knows her business inside and out. Unfortunately, the receptionist Charmin is usually a problem. Today she was just so frazzled she scratched my hand jerking away the pen I was writing with, didn't even apologize and then denied anything happened! Whew, the worst part is she talks so loudly and acts as if everything and everyone is just a nuisance to her. It's hard to get a word in edgewise. The quality at the clinic is undeniable, but it gets harder and harder to even want to go there with their receptionist! Thank you read more
