This is a good spot if you're looking for an affordable massage. They do have a sound machine playing waves in the background, which helps gently block out some of the surrounding noise. If you're someone who gets easily distracted, I can see how it might be harder to fully get into that relaxing zen if someone starts chatting or snoring (). This actually happened during my last visit, and it took everything in me not to start laughing. The few times I've been here, the massage therapists have been pretty considerate and always check in to make sure the pressure is comfortable. During my last visit, I felt like some areas were a little rough, but I always recommend advocating for yourself and letting them know if you need them to adjust the pressure. My only real issue with this last visit was that my 90-minute massage ended about 5 minutes early, which was a bummer. My friend, who went with me and booked the same massage, also finished before I did, so it was a little confusing and something I didn't particularly appreciate. That aside, the prices are affordable, and overall, they get the job done. If you're looking for a reasonably priced massage and don't mind the more casual/open setup, I'd say it's worth giving them a try.

I had the opportunity to visit Dr Tyler Bigenho for chiropractic care and I want to tell others about my positive experience! From the time I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and respected as a patient and the level of care and expertise provided by their entire team exceeded what I was used too. Most importantly, Dr. Tyler Bigenho is a genuine health-care professional and have the best interest for each patient's good health and wellness. He listened to me, evaluated my condition, and produced a wellness plan specifically designed for my own recommended course of care. With his knowledge and expertise, I felt confident from the beginning that he had the best intentions for my return to good health. At my visits, Dr. Tyler used whatever combinations of hands-on techniques - adjustments to my spine, Y-strap and myofascial therapy and stretch exercises - they felt might suit my problem, doing everything with both care and specificity. I felt the treatments working, and while I immediately felt benefits from the sessions, my quality of life also improved. Aside from the great chiropractic care I received, I was also impressed by the convenient hours, standard of cleanliness, and friendly staff at Clean Spine. For a guy that's played sports his whole life I have the typical aches and pains all around my body. But the transition to a desk life after college just made it worse. I have neck pain quite often. It used to be so bad that if I slept a certain way or without my Tempur-pedic pillow I would wake up with a migraine and my whole day would be ruined. I've been to chiropractors in the past and they actually helped but my experience with Dr. Tyler has been quite unique. He knows the my history of neck problems from back in the days when I played basketball and other sports. From the first time I visited him it was obvious that he had had experience treating my type of neck pain. In addition he offered what I had been looking for but hadn't been able to find around the Orange County area... the Y-strap adjustment! Oh man I can't even count how many times I've watched videos of people receiving the Y-strap adjustment just praying to try it myself one day. I was thrilled when Dr. Tyler told me he had the experience and training to perform the technical treatment. All I can say is... it was freaking awesome! I developed significant cervical rediculopathy from paddling hard while surfing (pain on the left side of the neck, into under the shoulder blade, into the elbow, and my entire left hand was numb). MRI showed bulging discs between every vertebrae from C3-C7. I went to my previous chiro and nothing he did seemed to help except the decompression. I saw that Dr. Bigenhoe utilized Y-strap adjustments and massage so I contacted him. Through a series of appointments (~once a week for 2 months) and at home treatments (decompression, icing, anti-inflammatories - CBD & Aleeve) we were able to get the condition under control. My hand is ~99% better and there is very little discomfort in my neck. Considering that people get fusion and ADR surgery for this condition, I think he did an awesome job providing treatment and useful exercises to strengthen the area. After seeing YouTube videos of the Y strap, I decided to find a Chiropractor who performs the technique. I found Dr. Bigenho through a friend, and had to drive over an hour to see him. I was blown away at how thorough he examined me and how much time he took with me. He did not strictly do the Y strap. My treatment lasted around 45 minutes and I feel AMAZING.
