Just finished my first appointment with Dr. Tyler, I can definitely say that I will be coming back and that Dr. Tyler genuinely cares about his patients well being and does not cut corners to try to make you pay more by coming in with endless visits (unlike a chiropractor that I had been seeing just down the street...). Have been seeing Dr. Tyler for about 2-3 months now. Highly recommend him - he does great, clean adjustments, and takes the time to educate you about your body, about mobility, answer questions and suggest exercises and stretches. I initially found him through Yelp on a pinch (pun intended :)) after I thought I had pinched a nerve in the lower back on a Saturday morning. Here they accepted my insurance. Shortly after I followed him to another practice where unfortunately they don't accept my insurance yet I still chose to stick with him. Dr. Tyler Bigenho is, without question, the best chiropractor I have ever been to! Surprisingly, what landed me in his office wasn't back pain or neck pain, but pain in my elbow that radiated down into my hand. My next visit was for hip pain, hip flexor to be specific (I am 27, not 87). At each of these visits he was very patient and asked various questions to find the true source of my pain. He ensured I completely understood my treatment options and answered each of my questions until I was comfortable with the approach we were taking. Dr. Bigenho went above and beyond to provide me with stretches and exercises that would allow me to continue improving my health and wellness long after I had left his office. While my first couple visits seem outside the typical range for chiropractic care (who knew your spine affected all parts of your body), the most recent visit was a bit different. I called Dr. Bigenho to schedule an appointment since I had a persistent headache lasting almost a week and knew that chiropractic care could help with headaches. He was able to accommodate my busy schedule, and by the time I reached the parking lot to return home, my headache was gone!! I have never experienced such complete and immediate relief that lasts! Let me start off by saying that I've seen over 2 dozen chiropractors, since the age of 14, worked for 3 different chiropractors while I was in college, and I'm a current member of The Joint Chiropractic. Today, Dr. Tyler gave me THE BEST adjustment I've ever had and that is an understatement! What intrigued me to see Dr. Tyler was the Y-STRAP adjustment. I've never seen this before and was curious to see how it was different from my weekly chiropractor visits. Most chiropractors have a hard time adjusting my low back and are not successful at adjusting it. Dr. Tyler adjusted me with no problem, so I knew we were off to a good start. When he adjusted me with the y-strap, it was completely different from what I had in my mind. I thought it would be just a cervical adjustment. Well, I was wrong. I felt the adjustment from the tip of my neck, all the way down to my low back. I even felt my ribs move into place. I have never experienced this type of adjustment and it felt GREAT! I felt so much release from my spine, especially my neck. I noticed that I have a lot more range of motion in my neck and a lot of pressure has been lifted. I highly recommend Dr. Tyler! read more
