I used Tlamani for a deep clean of my rental unit to transition over to new renters. I paid $450 for the service, but was not present during the cleaning because I had other obligations. Accordingly, I was not there to evaluate the work in real time, but the team assured me that when I was able to make it to the unit to evaluate - if it was not up to my expectations that their work was guaranteed and they would come back. (text exchange attached). The unit was empty - no furniture in the way - so when I showed up to evaluate the work and saw what a terrible job they did I was EXTREMELY disappointed. They didn't clean out the inside of the refrigerator at all - no wiping of the fridge and they literally left a bell pepper behind which subsequently rotted and was covered in mold. They left dirt and debris inside cabinets and drawers. Stains around the toilet. Overall complete disappointment and the unit did not feel cleaned. I texted Tlamani Cleaning to confirm that their cleaning service included inside the refrigerator and cabinets/drawers - they confirmed yes - so I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested them to return to finish the job. They refused to return saying that they completed the job in full, but that her team would "receive a warning". If you're acknowledging that the quality was bad enough to warrant a warning, and you previously said that your "work was guaranteed" - then why not return to complete the job?? So now I'm stuck cleaning the unit myself and will never rely on this company again. I highly recommend NOT hiring this company because they will not complete the job or guarantee their work. read more

Flor was able to quote me right away and get my condo all ready in 4 hours while the carpet is being cleaned to be showing ready for renting. Their carpet cleaning quote is the lowest I received. Excellent cleaning service! Will use again for future professional house cleaning. We used their services for moving out and our landlord inspected the cleaning while they were at the house. My landlord was impressed by how thorough a job they did and how clean the carpets were. When I called the company (3 times), they always picked up the phone even late at night around 10 PM. They worked around my schedule which included them starting cleaning around 6 AM and finishing past noon, which I arrange with them beforehand. Highly highly recommend them! read more

These guys are good, but I think they were rushed when they cleaned my place. One issue is I changed the schedule because they insisted on cash payment right after job completion. ( I don't send Zelle payments due to security issues, ) so I had to be there upon completion. So there were only 2 cleaners. They said they were almost done and asked me to check and I found 3-4 places they missed, Later a guy joined them and he did a great job on my oven! They were in a hurry and declined to sweep my garage which was in the original scope list, I let it go. Bottom line, not perfect, but I would use them again. read more
