I'm not a cleaning professional but I do know general dish soap and water or just water would do the trick. This is a 2 star service may recommend if you want some dusting done that was not requested. Trash left in cabinets. Mind you this is a house I just purchased completely empty that just needed gone through and cleaned up before I moved in yet I'm stuck doing it myself after I already paid for the service while I was out of state. I would generally look at the areas that needed most attention and start there first, not perform work that goes unnoticed.
