I texted her to not come back the next day because I was so upset with the work I still had to do being that I was very ill at the time. After they left, I inspected what was done more thoroughly and the home was dusty in which I took pictures to have on record. I explained to Linda that the price for not doing what I requested was unreasonable, she threatened to take me to court. I paid the amount she wanted to avoid this threat again, but it is completely unfair. I will not be hiring her back. I will hire someone who is honest.

Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company? The first time they were at the house I was amazed at how "perfect" everything was... the smell.. the shine....all glass surfaces were like brand new. The bathrooms always look like display home rooms.... everything is placed perfectly, ALL towels folded and hanging neatly.. My husband has a very "busy" office so I tell them not to even bother with it..... they will still do as much as they can and always vacuum & dust in there. I have this horrible glass shelving unit thats holds all the TV electronics and several knick knacks. Lisa will sit in front of it, remove everything, clean, dust and wipe down all of it then put it all back... She never gets tired of doing it and its always sparkly clean when they're all done.
