I walked around and looked at some decent doormats with different designs, sizes and materials from Sisal to rubber and cloth. Looked at some car cleaning products too and took a photo to see what has good reviews before I purchase. Box was damaged. Opened and inspected and small dent at bottom. Options were to take it with a discount or order another one and come back and pick it up when it arrives or get a refund. I did not want to keep coming back and forth to the store so took this one. Installed in garage and discovered the temperature control knob does not turn all the way for the freezer section. Directions say to turn the control knob counterclockwise to increase the temperature inside the freezer; however, the knob will not turn counterclockwise past the 'Off' position. It will only turn to the right (clockwise) and only part way into the freezer control (see picture). Called Midea and they could not help - told me to contact Lowe's. Called customer service at the store and asked that they deliver a replacement and take the damaged one considering the hassle I've had with this purchase. Said they can't do that but said I can bring it back for a refund or replacement. So, now I must get my neighbor (I'm 100% disabled veteran), to load it into my vehicle, drive back to Lowe's because both Midea and Lowe's failed me as a customer.

They don't ever miss the mark there. For the most part, my order and pickup works out. You have 5 days from purchase date to pick up the order. My last order, I received an email saying "thank you, you've picked up your order" kind of deal after 2 days. I normally pick up within 24 hrs but life was life'ing. I call the store and honestly no one really knows what happened to my order. I'm assuming it was accidents given to someone else. Normally, not a big deal - unless it's the scent you really want and there aren't anymore. I know accidents happen and I certainly could have gotten a refund but I was out of the product and so I needed to leave with something. The manager was apologetic & helpful. While they couldn't get me the same scents, she did pull some for me. That's cool but when you purchase these items during a sale, they offer select items and not any scent of your choice. That's the only step I would have preferred in the customer service experience. I should have been allowed to choose whatever scent I wanted since it wasn't my error. But since, I could have just taken the refund, I'm only taking one star because I would have been inconvenienced if I had taken the refund AND, the select scents are not the scents I would have preferred. Despite that, it's a typical BBW with good service and all the products we love.

No where to be found. I called the phone number to ask for help on isle 38. Finally I walked to the front to ask at the front desk. Only 2 people working and there was a long line. I was on the phone greeting hold for 4.5 minutes by now. I went to the paint counter and the very nice gentleman helped me. This was Sunday, a little after 6pm. I went back to isle 38. Then I went around the corner to the front of isle 39. I saw some flush mounts, but not what we needed. My husband left isle 38 and entered isle 39 from the back. He found them. Ugh! 1. No help in the isles 2. On hold for 4.5 minutes 3. Flush mounts at 3 different places. 4. Not on the isle marked "flush mounts" 5. Never saw an associate!!!!!
