Prices are affordable as well, and they don't charge more for women's garments than men's (yay equality!). Most recently, I brought in a vintage silk scarf purchased at a flea market. It was stained and dirty, but I figured I would try to get it cleaned as best as I could. They informed me the stains were likely color bleeding from washing it, but I was fine with whatever the result would be. Turns out, the scarf came back completely as new, no signs that it was ever stained. What a win!

I took a down comforter there with a pet stain that I easily removed from the comforter cover with stain spray in my washing machine. I took the oversized comforter to them to wash and it came back with the same stain. It looked like they hadn't even washed it. They redid it. I had a nice white jacket that had makeup on the collar. They had to redo it. Several other items came back dirty. The final straw was when we took a brand new only worn once shirt of my husband's to wash and it came back with the collar still dingy. They redid it after we pointed it out. We never had any problems like this with the former owners. They always did a great job. Since the new owner is the one doing the cleaning there is no hope for improvement because he doesn't seem to care to do a good job. Sadly we are changing cleaners.

I needed to wash my comforter so I used the Maxi Load which was $8. The dryers are quite large and were only one size. Each quarter equals 4 minutes so you can figure out how long you want to dry your wet items. You also get the option to choose the heat type: High, Medium, Warm. NOTE: THEY DO NOT TAKE ELECTRONIC PAYMENT! Please bring bills $1, $5, $10 that will be converted to quarters. They have WiFi in the facility and chairs to sit and work/hangout, etc. if needed. The floors are decently clean but I would feel annoyed if any of my washed clothes did accidentally touch the floor given the amount of foot traffic the place sees. They provide hampers to wheel from your car to the washing machine and dryer. Overall I would give this place a 5/5 due to the convenience, machine availability / accessibility, coin operator machine working smoothly and the washers and dryers being maintained well.

I walked in and went straight to the back to talk to the workers who said they could have it ready for me in 24 hours. Sure, it may have been pricey to do this but for the convenience and someone else taking care of it for you-- why not. As promised, I received a text the next day to come pick up. I came in and the comforter was bagged up, ready for use again. When I opened up the bag and saw that the comforter was pristine, I was impressed. Highly recommend this spot if you want to do full service. Definitely coming back if my washer/ dryer (fingers crossed they don't) break down and I need a place to come do laundry. Your laundry comes back on time folded neatly in a bag on time, if not earlier than anticipated. All in all, couldn't recommend them enough for all your laundry needs.
