I needed my carpet cleaned , and 2 flights of stairs . Reviews were great. They went above and beyond. Floors were impeccable, even got a stain out that I thought for sure was there permanently. Icing on top, I forgot that I ordered the service for that particular day. I hadn't left the money. My niece couldn't reach me for payment. So, they sent a message for me to pay them when I got home. They were really easy about it. I felt so bad , juggling too many things and forgot they were coming out. I sent the money when I got home. They were very nice about the situation. I also included a great tip. This entire transaction went thru without any face to face interaction. I recommend this company, great service and very nice people. read more

Service requested was house cleaning. I requested a quote to clean my 4 bedroom 3 bath home. They responded quickly and we scheduled house cleaning. They showed up, and they started cleaning. The lady seemed like she was trying to actually clean, but the man seemed annoyed and upset. He kept grunting obnoxiously through out the 3.5 hours they were here. At one time, he even started banging our blinds. Quality- as far as quality goes, there is none. I expected basic cleaning which they did not. They did not cleaned toilets, tubs, or master shower. The floors were not mopped. The TVs were not cleaned. The downstairs floors were not vacuumed and they used some sort of buffer, which actually left a white residue on the floors. Horrible experience. The Worst service I have ever received! I rather have took the time to clean myself. I requested service for convenience but ended up paying and doing the work myself. Value- please save your money. Go somewhere else! We paid to get our house more dirty. My husband and I had to help them try to clean when they were still here and after they left. Also, they are very responsive when giving you a quote, but I have tried contacting them with my complaints and no response. read more

Cleaner Carpets And More - Area rug - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

I needed to clean my couch and rug, which was riddled with pet stains. Demetree gave me by far the best quote, so I moved forward with him. I thought I had to live with these stains, but holy shit! Demetree worked really hard rid of all of them and did it for a very fair price. The couch looks brand new now as well as my rug. I've had Demetree come over for some quick carpet cleaning on a pinch as well and he also did that for a fair price. I'd definitely recommend his services-- I'll be reaching out to him for all of my carpet cleaning needs in the future. read more

WOW! 5 STARS! One of the best experiences I've had with a service. I found Demetree and Cleaner Carpet Care on yelp and requested a quote through the platform. His price was not only the best I found but he was very responsive. I bookmarked him and waited almost two weeks to schedule my appointment. Demetree arrived on time (down to the minute!), removed his shoes, and was professional, accommodating, and effective. I had way more carpet than I was initially quoted for, and he was able to do all of it the same day! He really took his time thoroughly cleaning and did not rush the process. He even helped me move my rugs off the floor to work around them. My carpets, previously covered in footprints/cat hair/pet stains/baking soda, have never looked better! Also, there were no strong cleaning odors, everything dried quickly and looked even better after it dried. I can't wait to leverage him and Cleaner Carpet Care again. I have already told my family about him and am so excited to have found my "carpet guy". Thank you so much!! read more

I have been in Vegas for +5 years and Cleaner Carpet Care is the best carpet cleaners I've ever had. They're reasonably priced with no hidden fees. They are also mobile and able to clean towers , apartments and condos. Also amazing customer service. I had my carpet cleaned by them and my dog threw up on the carpet two days later and left another mark. Cleaner Carpet Care came back and fixed the spot free at no charge. Wow! Would highly recommend. read more

Let me start by saying the owner Demetree (sorry for spelling) was very friendly and efficient. I shopped around for quotes and noticed that he had great reviews. I got a quote from him that was a lot better than my previous guy that I had for years. Demetree texted me when he was on his way. What I like about this process was that he took off his shoes in my home. Yeah sure my carpets were fairly dirty from my two dogs and a baby but man oh man let me tell you, I was impressed! I've had previous cleaners bring their dirty shoes into my house and I've always told myself "Well that's gross, how do i know if they recently stepped in dog shit?" Anyways , he took his time and was very meticulous to detail! He didn't rush the job, and spent extra time to make sure the doggy urine stains were removed as much as possible. Also, he didn't use any stinky chemicals like my previous guy did. That's always a plus. My house felt refreshed and clean! Demetree did an amazing job and on top of carpet cleaning, he does other things as well such as deep tile cleaning. I high recommend him for your home needs! read more

Demetree was super responsive (quote to booking took 15 minutes over yelp), had great pricing and didn't fret at all over some annoyances that I caused since we weren't home to let him with our house being recently renovated. He even was luckily there to take in a package that came from Costco and made sure to let me know it was in the house safe. The carpet is still drying during this review but it looks great and there were a few spots that I knew existed that are completely gone. I have to get my carpets done every 12-18 months to stay up with the warranty and I will use Demetree every time! read more

Experience was perfect, great communication from start to finish, and Demetree was super friendly to work with. Great customer service. As far as cleaning, they got some stains out of the carpet in our mid-century home that I think have probably been there since... well, the mid century lol. It's never looked better and the price beat all the other offers we received. Saving Demetree's number since we will definitely use them next time! read more

Demetree did such a great job, and was extremely detail oriented with his work. He asked if there was any areas that needed more attention and stayed focused on it!
