This company is fine if all you need is your tank pumped. But I could not recommend them for any…read morerepairs. They pumped my tank in March 2023 and then came back to replace a pump in November of 2023. They are very kind and polite but Ronnie Sr. and his worker Wesley definitely took advantage of my lack of septic system knowledge and charged me $800 to put a plastic pump (most likely a $30 pump from Harbor Freight) in my tank, using the wrong size PVC piping, leaving it hanging rather than taking the time to ensure it was set securely on a solid surface. And then they connected it to the existing electrical line by installing an outlet and wrapping it in electrical tape before burying it. I reached out to them on three separate occasions and let them know I did not believe they had put the correct pump in and expressed my concerns regarding the integrity of the electrical connection given the fact that it was buried and would certainly be encountering water. Three times I was told they would return to make it right. They never came as promised and I finally decided it was now between them and God and I would stay out of it. The outlet finally rusted out and tripped my breaker. I had another company come and re-do this work the right way. They commented that they had never seen such ghetto work before in their career. I don't like leaving a bad review but I also do not want anyone else to be taken advantage of as I was. The attached photo shows the pump Ronnie Sr. and Wesley installed.

I am very late in posting this review and have gone back and forth with what to say. I am sure this…read morecompany is completely capable of pumping a tank but if you do not know where your tank is located, I would advise you seek another company. I picked them because of their great reviews and years in business. Shortly after we moved into our house in May of 2021, we called AAA Septic out to preventative pump our tank. We did not know where it was located and neither did the previous owners. The employees had me flush a sensor down the toilet and they "tracked" it under our patio pavers that surround our pool. Since it was just a preventative pump and the holidays were quickly approaching we figured we would wait to get to the bottom of everything. Fast forward to January of 2022 and our septic tank overflowed. AAA Septic recommended another company to excavate for us, which was a HUGE mistake. Apparently, the owners of both companies are close family friends. I won't get into that in this review here... We now have learned more than I care to know about septic tanks and even the lowest skill level employee should have been able to find our tank, which is in the most logical place in our yard, nowhere near where they "tracked" it. Where the tank was said to be was very close to the house at the highest point in the yard. The tank is in the grass to the side of the pool in a low point of the yard. There is also a cleanout clearly visible on the side of the house and anyone that knows anything about a septic tank should have known to look for it. Save yourself the headache of going through the very long and expensive process that we have and look for another septic company elsewhere.
