I contacted Stone's Plumbing, who said he would arrive between 10 and 11 am on Thursday. Twenty minutes before 10, he called to reschedule for the next morning between 10 and 11. When Friday arrived, I had to text Stone's Plumbing around 11:15 to confirm if he was still coming. He called me and said he couldn't make it and would reschedule for the next morning. I then called Mr. Rooter again, who had referred me to Panky. Panky assured me he would be able to get my drainage working that day. He understood the inconvenience of our situation as a family of 5. By 5pm, Panky had my septic tank pumped, and my house was draining properly. He helped explain how the septic system works and made sure we had proper drainage before he left. I am very grateful for him and his partner coming out and helping us. I would definitely call him again if I have any other issues or need a pump in the future.

My sis bf asking him questions and then plumber starts making it sound like a city job!!!! I ask my sis bf if I should get second toilet off like plumber suggested and he said no it's not gonna do anything. We hang up and this plumber says ya you hear that? Deff the city side. Really!! I said why didn't you make me aware of all this before? He straight up said he tried to "up sell" me. Single young woman, just signed on this house a week ago. I was shaking, livid!!! Called their office and told them this kid better get out ASAP and I want a discount. She called back and said $100 off, $375. HA!!!!! Way over original quote. Was quoted $225 for hour and $50 for snake. She said it's been two hours. Sorry this guy left and came back and doesn't know what he is doing!!! Not my fault! Boss calls me, sounds like a NYer. Well I'm from Chicago so he couldn't give it to me the way he wanted to. Tries to down talk me, says if I get the kid to admitting he said he tried to upsell me, kid will leave and zero cost to me. Go out to this kids truck, he rolls the window down, won't admit it at first but finally, he does. Said "well I didn't mean it that way." I told the boss there ya go. He hung up, I walked off, kid skurted off, toilet left off, crawl open. Second guy got me unclogged. Didn't have to RENT a camera like the first guy would have, STANDARD equipment. Plastic piece stuck towards clean out, will have to have ground dug up eventually. My 1993 built house plumbing is absolutely fine says second guy. Don't trust these SNAKES!!!!! I was absolutely disgusted by this whole team's demeanor. Use SUPERIOR plumbing if you are looking for someone. Honest and a few hundred bucks cheaper than these bozos who didn't do squat!!! I left this review on Google like five years ago and he somehow had it hidden or taken down. I can't find him on Google anymore. I hope he is shut down and can't re open. SCAMMER!!!!

He took months to finish a water line to my house and charged more to compete the job above the original estimate, which was to have covered a full replacement of the line, meter to house. Left trenches not backfilled, valves not covered with valve boxes, and left us with no water pressure when he blew out the water pressure regulator under my house. Blocked my cell phone and doesn't return calls from messages left from a land line. He will lose his license soon.
