We contacted Eric at Pro Septic because we desperately needed someone to do a septic inspection for…read morea house we were in escrow on. We were running out of time in our inspection period due to a delay because of weather, and trying to determine what we needed exactly. Eric was able to fit us in within a day and as a bonus was able to get the necessary equipment to the spot needed due to it being smaller then other companies (the septic tank happened to be in a fenced area with a small gate so this was critical to us). Before even securing the job from us, Eric took a fair amount of time explaining why the inspection is different for an older house/tank then for newer houses. This was very appreciated because it helped us make some decisions. After the job, he also answered multiple questions regarding the septic, not directly related to the inspection itself. Thanks for your help Eric!!

I contacted Stone's Plumbing, who said he would arrive between 10 and 11 am on Thursday. Twenty minutes before 10, he called to reschedule for the next morning between 10 and 11. When Friday arrived, I had to text Stone's Plumbing around 11:15 to confirm if he was still coming. He called me and said he couldn't make it and would reschedule for the next morning. I then called Mr. Rooter again, who had referred me to Panky. Panky assured me he would be able to get my drainage working that day. He understood the inconvenience of our situation as a family of 5. By 5pm, Panky had my septic tank pumped, and my house was draining properly. He helped explain how the septic system works and made sure we had proper drainage before he left. I am very grateful for him and his partner coming out and helping us. I would definitely call him again if I have any other issues or need a pump in the future.
