I made arrangements for the gentleman to come out to the house to tell me how deep the tank is on my day off. The price was right. We decided that day to just move forward with the service. I called him to pump my septic tank and he got me on his schedule the same week. He explained to me that he would pump my tank, but would need my field lines checked/or replaced. I contacted Stone's Plumbing, who said he would arrive between 10 and 11 am on Thursday. Twenty minutes before 10, he called to reschedule for the next morning between 10 and 11. When Friday arrived, I had to text Stone's Plumbing around 11:15 to confirm if he was still coming. He called me and said he couldn't make it and would reschedule for the next morning. I then called Mr. Rooter again, who had referred me to Panky. Panky assured me he would be able to get my drainage working that day. He understood the inconvenience of our situation as a family of 5. By 5pm, Panky had my septic tank pumped, and my house was draining properly. He helped explain how the septic system works and made sure we had proper drainage before he left. I am very grateful for him and his partner coming out and helping us. I would definitely call him again if I have any other issues or need a pump in the future.

The crew didn't just discover this and abandon us. They rooted the line and gave the tenant some advice that bought us a few days of use until the system was cleaned. They also had a recommendation for a handyman that could move the stairs for us. Once the stairs were moved they were back at it the very next day and got the job done. It's nice when a company goes above and beyond-- I felt like they took ownership of the job and made it happen. Reasonable price, nice people, very satisfied overall.

They pumped my tank in March 2023 and then came back to replace a pump in November of 2023. They are very kind and polite but Ronnie Sr. and his worker Wesley definitely took advantage of my lack of septic system knowledge and charged me $800 to put a plastic pump (most likely a $30 pump from Harbor Freight) in my tank, using the wrong size PVC piping, leaving it hanging rather than taking the time to ensure it was set securely on a solid surface. And then they connected it to the existing electrical line by installing an outlet and wrapping it in electrical tape before burying it. I reached out to them on three separate occasions and let them know I did not believe they had put the correct pump in and expressed my concerns regarding the integrity of the electrical connection given the fact that it was buried and would certainly be encountering water. Three times I was told they would return to make it right. They never came as promised and I finally decided it was now between them and God and I would stay out of it. The outlet finally rusted out and tripped my breaker. I had another company come and re-do this work the right way. They commented that they had never seen such ghetto work before in their career. I don't like leaving a bad review but I also do not want anyone else to be taken advantage of as I was. The attached photo shows the pump Ronnie Sr. and Wesley installed.
