We found ourselves in some deep... well, you know, that is why you are here. Called Heidi, she got her guys right out. Fair pricing. Speedy service. They were awesome. Good fellas. I went out there to offer them a drink since they hand dig the septic, which helps keep from busting it with a machine, which is indeed what happen many years ago with some others, who cracked one of my lids. Upon offering them a drink, the older guy (I wish I could remember his name) and I started talking. Just good folk, let me tell ya. They found a bunch of Chlorox wipes in my tank which I had a feeling my daughters had been lying about flushing... So, I brought my girls out and and showed them part of the reason why their showers and toilets were backing up. I recommend Top Septic to everyone I see ask on FB. They really are "Top" in my book.

What can I say? If you have a septic tank, you need to have it pumped every few years. And…read moresometimes you forget to have it pumped and it backs up. It isn't pretty but here we are. It happened on a Friday night, of course. We called quite a few places on Saturday morning but they were either closed or booked weeks out. We then called Sean from A Plus Plumbing who was able to get us an appointment that evening. They ended up having an issue with the truck and needed to reschedule for Sunday. That worked out for us as we needed more time to try to find the lid since grass and weeds had grown over (they charge extra for excavation). By Sunday night we were back in business! ;) Their prices were reasonable and comparable to the other places we called.
