I am sure this…read morecompany is completely capable of pumping a tank but if you do not know where your tank is located, I would advise you seek another company. I picked them because of their great reviews and years in business. Shortly after we moved into our house in May of 2021, we called AAA Septic out to preventative pump our tank. We did not know where it was located and neither did the previous owners. The employees had me flush a sensor down the toilet and they "tracked" it under our patio pavers that surround our pool. Since it was just a preventative pump and the holidays were quickly approaching we figured we would wait to get to the bottom of everything. Fast forward to January of 2022 and our septic tank overflowed. AAA Septic recommended another company to excavate for us, which was a HUGE mistake. Apparently, the owners of both companies are close family friends. I won't get into that in this review here... We now have learned more than I care to know about septic tanks and even the lowest skill level employee should have been able to find our tank, which is in the most logical place in our yard, nowhere near where they "tracked" it. Where the tank was said to be was very close to the house at the highest point in the yard. The tank is in the grass to the side of the pool in a low point of the yard. There is also a cleanout clearly visible on the side of the house and anyone that knows anything about a septic tank should have known to look for it. Save yourself the headache of going through the very long and expensive process that we have and look for another septic company elsewhere.

They were on time and they did their best to make sure the solution they promised is what they delivered. Even when there were some surprises, they still delivered. They had a few moments when they could have taken the opportunity to gouge me too, but they didn't. Honest company that does a quality job, and easy to communicate with. She was quoted $12,000 for the repair and signed a contract she could not read. We later learned this price was nearly double what other licensed plumbers in the area estimated for the same work. When I contacted the owner, Robert Rutherford, to ask about the large price discrepancy, he stated that the employee who provided the quote was "from California" and had used California pricing. Robert ultimately agreed to void the original contract and issue a new one, but only after the cost was challenged. The project itself took weeks to complete, with multiple missed return appointments and repeated promises that were not kept. After the job was finally finished, construction debris--including lumber and a ladder--was left throughout the yard. My elderly grandmother attempted to clean it up herself until I contacted the company again. Although I was told someone would come the next morning, no one arrived until I called back later that afternoon. Robert Rutherford portrays himself as a man of his word who puts his customers first, but his conduct--and the conduct of his employees--demonstrates the complete opposite. Overall, the experience was stressful, drawn out, and required constant follow-up to get basic commitments fulfilled. Highway robbery! We had a simple outdoor hose bib that wouldn't close. We expected either a…read morerepair, or worst case, a replacement. When the guys got here, we were quoted $475 to replace it. When asked about a repair, the guy said, "...if we have the parts on the truck, it'll be $350...". Obviously, I didn't pay that as I felt it was extremely high. Sure enough, after they left with my $79 'show up and estimate' fee for 5 minutes of looking at my crawlspace and telling me, I called another plumber nearby. That plumber estimated $225. After calling the original plumbers office again and explaining the situation I just experienced, along with the estimate I got from the other place, the lady on the phone even told me it seemed high. Either this place has a technician problem of inflating their book price or they have a pricing problem overall. Unbelievable! Anyway, completely would not suggest this plumber to anyone. UPDATE: Owner Ricky called me, explaining their pricing structure and refunded my 'show up and estimate' fee. He was very polite and open about their structure.
