This Wilder, TN company is not affiliated with the Complete Comfort Solutions in Mount Juliet, TN…read more The Wilder, TN CCS is not trustworthy. I requested water heater service through my home warranty company on a Friday. I spoke to CCS owner, via phone, and told him what was happening. CCS scheduled a home appointment for Monday. Failed to make the appointment because the employee was reportedly in a crash and totaled the truck. They would not answer any phone calls, but only communicated by Text after this. They said they would send someone on Tuesday. No one showed. No response to texts until Thursday...now 6 days after first conversation. I send photos of the Water Heater and leak and I was told they would work on getting a new one ordered. On Monday, now 10 days later, Home Warranty company sends me an email saying some repairs and new items, plus plumbing lines and code upgrades are not covered. This was based on the CCS estimate after they "visited" my home on Friday. CCS never visited my home. I complained to Warranty company they estimate is inaccurate and false since CCS never visited my home. Warranty company calls CCS and is told the second driver was involved in a crash and did not make it to the home on Friday either. However CCS submitted the false estimate highlighting many items that were not needed. CCS would have known that if they actually came to the home. I recontact CCS and ask for a copy of the estimate and they won't provide it. Told me their second driver's truck was down for repairs and that is why he did not make the appointment...that I was never told they were coming for. In the end, the Home Warranty company is reimbursing me my costs when I got my own contractor and they agree that CCS was not honest in this work approach. I would caution anyone that is considering using CCS of Wilder, TN. I found them untruthful and unreliable.

Matt Wolcott is the…read moreowner/installer for The Drinking Post automatic horse waterer, and he installed mine yesterday. To do it, he needed to cut through and remove floorboards in the barn to access the water line to the freeze-proof hydrant, and cut a trench through gravel. He promised that when he left, I wouldn't be able to tell he'd even been here, and he was as good as his word. The job went smoothly and well, with Matt arriving promptly and bringing all the tools he might need for any issues he might encounter. He is very knowledgeable about drainage, water pressure, etc., and sure knows his stuff. I found him to be highly competent. The waterer wasn't cheap, but Matt uses only the highest quality materials for durability and longevity, so I didn't begrudge a penny. If you need an automatic horse waterer, an above-ground storm shelter, or ANY excavation/retaining wall work, you won't go wrong using Wolcott Outdoor Services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
