Randall, Matthew and Jody did the bulk of the work with Dustin coming in and doing some finish up work. It was a large job but I finally got the correct outlet for the dryer, all electrical up to code and had everything completed in a day, even the labeling of the panel. He came to my home at 9:30 PM and stayed until my drain was open even though he was due to go on vacation that evening! I felt relieved that Barry let me watch him work and told me what he was doing step-by-step and then gave me advice about what he thought the actual problem was. Well, I had to call them again just before Christmas for the same drain and found out that I had concrete piping that was causing the plug.
