After calling 10 different plumbing companies…read moreon Thanksgiving eve, Barry gave me a call back and said that he could make it to my home but it would take a little while. He came to my home at 9:30 PM and stayed until my drain was open even though he was due to go on vacation that evening! I felt relieved that Barry let me watch him work and told me what he was doing step-by-step and then gave me advice about what he thought the actual problem was. Well, I had to call them again just before Christmas for the same drain and found out that I had concrete piping that was causing the plug. Barry walked me outside and show me what to do to locate the drain and offered to come and help me replace the sewer lines on the Saturday after Christmas! The Saturday after Christmas folks!
