This place is inexpensive, and that's the ONLY good thing about this place. The service is…read moreterrible. Coy Michaels, the only employee there, is haughty and condescending. He gives you the impression he'll be really helpful, but then he won't do anything to help you if you have a problem. For example, my device was giving me error after error, and he claimed it was all my fault. He didn't give any credibility to the possibility of the machine messing up. After I took it in, he calibrated it and I never had another problem. Also, he gives his cell number and then never answers it. The office is a dump. The video you watch is on a tiny 3X4 inch DVD player, so you can't really see anything. I guess I shouldn't have counted on much. After all, this is a service provided to people who have gotten DUIs, but I was really taken aback by the poor service. Lastly, the machine in the car is awful. If you can help it, get it in the summer. In the winter, it takes 2-4 minutes to warm-up every single time you start the car and about half that in the warmer temperatures. The start up time adds up and gets annoying after a while.

Quit going there because things were adding up to not good. I had an emergency and needed a transmission pan. Over the weekend while they had my car, rats or mice destroyed stuff in my car and started to eat through area where my accelerator is. They have a shuttle service to take you home while you wait and I'd suggest they tell you that when you make an appointment. I had an appointment at 10, it's 12:30 and they haven't even looked at my car yet. At 1:00 I had my estimate of work needed. I had to make a return appointment. They are very nice and explain things to you.
