I just purchased my new Midnight Silver Metallic Model 3 Tesla and was in the market to darken the windows and add tint. After doing my own due diligence and homework decided to take my Tesla into their shop. Ian is superb. Great customer service, attentiveness and even invited me down to take a look at some showroom models getting tint so I could get an idea of how dark I wanted to go. Since model three Teslas only come with the top tinted, 25% around all the windows and 50% on the top front was the way to go. Picked up at the Tesla a day later and it worked so sleek! Immediately after driving it out of there garage I could feel and see the difference in the inside of the car. They straight out matched the top tinted glass above the driver and passengers head to the Tesla tint and it looked great. No cuts or marks on the tint and it is sparkly new. I am updating my review. After getting my new tires, wheels and window tinting spent almost $3k im mad! Two weeks after getting my Tires I got a nail in my tire. I had to be late for work for two hours because their website states they open at 730 but that was incorrect. They fixed the tire. Ever since then I've had to nurse my tire and stop at any place that could put air in it. I finally got off work early today and so my tire read 29psi. Victor wasn't there so I dealt with the new guy. I wasn't impressed with his customer service but I just wanted it fixed. Then when they gave me my car back they told me the kid didn't put it in the plug correctly. So they apparently fixed it. Then my tire was loosing air and automotive outfitters guy said six minutes and it will reset. Nope now I'm at Les Schwab because automotive outfitters is not willing to fix it properly. I bought a warranty with my tires but I'm now having to pay for Les Schwabs to fix it correctly. I called this guy who treated me with disrespect on the phone. I said well the owner reached out to me which he did "Harrry S" on my five star yelp review. He told me the owner sold this business years ago retired and nope he did not. I need my car for work. He also told me on the phone maybe your part is bad. I told him my car is new and I have an app that keeps records of everything that goes on with my car. So I guess I have to go to small claims court since I paid for a warranty have only had my tires for 60 days and I'm having to pay to have it fixed properly. I'm so disappointed and I'm sitting at Les Schwabs for two hours now just to have it fixed right. I just left Les Schwabs and they wrote everything down what they found that automotive outfitters did wrong on my tire. Sad. A woman makes a purchase like this gets spoken to like that and to find out you trusted the wrong people.
