He was very professional and easy to understand, asked all the right questions, and clearly explained their cleaning process. He also gave me an itemized quote over the phone, which turned out to be 100% accurate. Greg accommodated my schedule and showed up at my house on time with his wife Tamara. They first did a walk through to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and expectations were set. They were friendly and approachable, and I could tell very early on that they are great people. When cleaning, Greg and Tamara didn't cut any corners. To the contrary, they worked super hard and went WAY above and beyond their call of duty. They vacuumed my carpet several times in all different directions to ensure the removal of several years worth of accumulated cat fur. A while back I accidentally spilled candle wax on the carpet in my office (it was a pretty big spill). Greg noticed it and offered to remove it, which he did with success! I've lived in my house for almost a decade and have never seen the bathrooms so clean. There were a few other areas I wanted cleaned that were not included in the deep cleaning package that I'd purchased, but they cleaned them anyway. Unfortunately, the quality has declined with each visit. Before their arrival, I called in the morning to request a 30-minute heads-up, as both my husband and I work from home. The last time they came, they forgot to notify us, so I wanted to make sure it didn't happen again. However, once again, they failed to inform us before arriving. When they showed up, I mentioned that I needed to quickly dry the master bedroom sheets, since they hadn't given me the advance notice I had requested. They assured me it was no problem as the sheets would be dry well before they finished. Two cleaners arrived, and we immediately recognized one from a previous company we had stopped using due to poor service. They spent about two hours cleaning while I worked in my office. When I noticed they were getting ready to leave, I went to grab the sheets from the dryer for them, but when I came out of the laundry room, they were already gone--without saying goodbye or asking if I was satisfied with the work. This was the second time they had left without attempting making the master bedroom bed. I called the scheduling manager to report the issue. She was polite and asked me to email pictures of the problem areas. She also offered to send the cleaners back, which I appreciated. However, a follow-up phone call to ensure the problem was fully resolved would have been a nice touch, especially to prevent this from happening again. As I inspected their work, I was really disappointed. Our house is pretty clean but they missed several areas: the backsplash behind the stove wasn't wiped down, the front of the dishwasher still had visible smudges and water spots, and they didn't move a few small items on our coffee bar to clean underneath, which when I moved them, you can see rings on the countertop (see pictures), pet hair and dust under the kitchen counters, and didn't use any wood cleaner or wipe down the bedroom furniture. They even made the guest bed with the comforter upside down. Not a huge deal, but shows a complete lack of care. On top of that, they didn't dust the bookshelves or wipe down my desk in the office. By the time the cleaners were sent back, I had already cleaned most of the missed areas myself, so they only came back to make the bed. Overall, I'm really disappointed with the quality of the service.

Our home used to be an Airbnb, and we've used many cleaners to help manage the cleaning of the property between guests and to help us care for our home while we were living in it. I asked for a quote for a deep clean of our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. He replied with the lowest bid - at $225. I knew this was low, even though it was roughly 30% higher than our standard bi-monthly cleaning, but I made the assumption he may be new and giving discounted rates to retain customers. I let him know this was a deep clean before we list our home to show it. That was my mistake. He left cobwebs on mirror vanities, didn't clean under any of our nightstands or furniture. He missed our laundry room entirely. The area around the dog bowl hadn't been cleaned. Nor the corners of the kitchen cabinets and the trim along the back door. Our bedroom looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed or mopped. The baby's room shelving still had dust on it, and we filled an entire vacuum just doing the upstairs. The stair railings were missed, not a baseboard was addressed and we had no cleaning of cabinets or anything outside of counters and surfaces. Our cleaners, who charge between $129-$169 for bi-monthly cleans do a more sufficient job. When I communicated my concerns, he suggested he cleaned all surfaces and that the home just got dirty because of the children and dog. To which I replied that wasn't our experience in the past. The pictures are just a handful of areas that were left untouched. And, he will gaslight you entirely when you bring up your concerns.
