I scheduled an appointment and had a nice gentlemen named Diego come out. Due to mold we had an environmental study performed by an expert firm, he wanted a copy so I emailed it to him. There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. Even if they are not qualified to do the work, how hard is it to return a call and say this is out of our area of expertise. Very unprofessional.

The process of communicating about services and scheduling was quick and easy. The information we got was thorough and straightforward. I will reach out to her to get the service that I deserve. Thank you Vera! Customer service was good, however the service to my couch and mattress were terrible. I have a huge stain on my couch. It looks like dirty water stain. He first cleaned my tan couch, then cleaned my mattress and afterwards there's a huge stain. I have to purchase a new mattress. Worst part they blamed the stain on me and that their work lifts actual stains within the mattress..I CALL BS..

They stated they could have someone out to me 8:00 am and would text me prior (as I said sometimes my baby is still asleep at 7:30 am) - well Tim the technician did text me prior to arriving and he was at my house on time. Not a huge time window for arrival but SET and ON TIME! I love that with a business. The couch did need an overall cleaning as we have not had it professionally cleaned since purchasing years back and I'm glad we went with this company. The fast response, timeliness of arriving, and service of my sectional were all worth the value (which was fair in my opinion). Tim did an awesome job - My couch looks new!

Chuck was on time, explained his methods, pointed out some areas before starting that appears to have been bleached due to some drops f cleaning products. Very professional, set expectations, even cleaned a couple of cloth bar stools we asked him to try cleaning. He didn 't charge for those because he wasn't sure how effective he could be. We added a nice tip for the gesture, and, by the way, the stools were in fact cleaner than they were. Totally recommend this business for your carpet and upholtery cleaning needs. From the very beginning, he was on time, professional, and incredibly communicative. When Kurt came by for the initial consultation, we were planning to replace all the carpet in our basement. But after hearing our situation, he offered a much smarter alternative: only remove part of the carpet and install vinyl flooring in the high-traffic and moisture-prone areas. Not only did this save us money, but the end result looks like the basement was originally designed that way--it's seamless and really elevates the space. Kurt was a pleasure to work with throughout the project. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right and even completed the job much faster than we anticipated. The workmanship was impeccable. If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend K and A Restoration!
