We found Chuck and Family Carpet Cleaning via Yelp and hired them to clean our upstairs carpeting. 4 bedrooms, stairs, hallways. Chuck was on time, explained his methods, pointed out some areas before starting that appears to have been bleached due to some drops f cleaning products. He pointed them out before starting to letus know these were already there and nothing he could do about them. Very professional, set expectations, even cleaned a couple of cloth bar stools we asked him to try cleaning. He didn 't charge for those because he wasn't sure how effective he could be. We added a nice tip for the gesture, and, by the way, the stools were in fact cleaner than they were. Totally recommend this business for your carpet and upholtery cleaning needs. You can't beat service like this. read more

They contacted me the same day I was looking for a company to clean my carpets. They offered a very fair price. Chuck was on time and very professional. He asked me if I wanted anything specific and to point out any problem areas. He reviewed the problem areas 2-3 times to ensure they looked great. The reviews are legit, this is a great owner who cares about his customers. read more

Quick, reasonably priced, friendly and they do a great job! They do furniture too. And they always ask if anything needs special treatment. I'll have them go over some pet areas twice. Carpet is damp afterwards but dries quickly. I like that they use steam rather than harsh chemicals. read more

Super efficient and in less than a week my carpets were cleaned! They gave a quick estimate without having to come to my house.

I believe the gentleman who serviced our home today 10/10 was the owner and named Chuck based on other reviews. Although, I thought it said Tony. But I'm horrible with names lol great with faces Any who, he was on time, a little early in fact. He had a great personality!!! Very likeable and friendly instantly. Professional yet personable. We did a walk through so he could see the areas that needed his servicing. He told me the price upfront. He did a phenomenal job!!!!!! The carpet looked so much better. Plush and fluffy and smelled so fresh!!! He cleaned our living room, 3 bedrooms, loft area, 3 closets, stairs and hallway for a very affordable price. And he was done in about an hour. He left covers for my husband and I to cover our shoes. He explained to me how carpet dries as well as the expected dry time. He also stated that he offers a guarantee for his work. I will definitely use this company again. Thinking of getting our couch cleaned as well. I highly recommend this company. read more

I contacted this company 4/12/23 and waited all day for a reply. Zero. Followed up later on with another email. Zero reply. After all the glowing reviews, I was shocked at the lack of response. Oh well. Moving on. read more

IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY 6 STARS, IT STILL WOULDN'T BE ENOUGH! Every review is true! Chuck is the owner and takes GREAT pride in his work, going over spots he saw 2 and even 3 times to make sure he gace us the best results possible. Both he and Nicole (his daughter) are wonderful to work with and very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone - I guarantee you'll be more than pleased with their service, from the first call to when Chuck is packing yup his truck to go to the next job. read more

I've had Family Carpet Cleaning out to my commercial building a handful (approx 4-5) of times after a tenant vacates. They are very responsive, very accommodating, show up on time and communicate if there is a delay. read more

After reading all of the reviews for this company, I was sorta expecting all sorts of special things! I didn't get any special treatment, but they were extremely responsive, on-time, and left my carpet & sofa clean and smelling good. What more could you ask?! I'll hire them again. read more

Quick and easy to schedule service. Chuck arrived on time, explained the upholstery cleaning process, and gave advice regarding how best to position the chairs and footrests to dry fastest. He even cleaned the door mat for free on his way out because he noticed it had a couple of stains! I'd hire this company again, for sure. read more

This was the first time that I used them, and I could not have been happier. I called a few days before Christmas and they got me in and did a great job. Also they talked me out of spending money on services I didn't need, what business does that! Will definitely use again. read more

Fantastic job and very professional! Hired him to come back a week later to clean our basement carpet and sectional sofa. I would highly recommend! read more

If I could give them more stars, I would and here are my reasons why: - Chuck & Nicole were extremely wonderful to work with - very professional, but friendly - fast, but very thorough - neat/clean - reviewed the job before he even brought in equipment - was able to book an appointment quickly - affordable - takes pride in their work So all in all, I would say that I had an extremely positive experience. They made my carpets look amazing! If you need your carpets cleaned (or furniture), I would definitely recommend using this company. We've used numerous carpet cleaning companies over the years and by far, this one is the absolute best. I definitely will be using them in the future. Thanks again Chuck & Nicole! read more

Great service by this team! I quoted the work out to a handful of companies and Nicole was very responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. They were also competitively priced with the other vendors and were able to schedule an appointment quickly. I had all the carpets in my home cleaned as well as a couch. Chuck arrived to do the cleaning. He was very polite and explained everything he was going to be doing and asked if there were any areas of concern. He took it upon himself to take care of some spots that I didn't even know were there too. Everything came out looking great. Two things important to me: quality of service and communication. They knocked both out of the park! read more

We chose Chuck / Family Carpet Cleaning based solely on other Yelp reviews. He did not disappoint !!!! My daughter just called me absolutely raving about the job he did. He set good expectations up front and was very friendly and accommodating. She is not sure how he did it, but there was deep discoloring and even what she thought was a burn mark in her carpeting in one of her bedrooms .... and they are all gone ! I can't say enough positive things. Don't hesitate to use these people. Good value and outstanding outcome !!!!! A++++++ all the way ! read more

Awesome job at an awesome price via Yahoo Local coupon. Clean. Thorough. Courtesy and Professional Service. Owner operator went above and beyond the call of duty and moved furniture, consulted on where to hit carpet harder than other areas. Totally knowledgable on the best practices of carpet cleaning. I was waiting for the wrinkle and get hit with the full price when he was done. It never came. Awesome job. I definitely will use Family Carpet Cleaning again and actually clean my carpets more often. read more

I have to say what an excellent job that was provided by their customer service team and by the owner and operator of their company. The experience I had over the phone booking the appointment to their owner and operator was amazing! They provided me an excellent price and recommended that I save my time by allowing them to steam clean my entire house. He was courteous and provided help on moving furniture to hit all areas of my house. I have a 1700 sq ft townhouse and the whole process took about an hour. He saved me at least 3-4 hours of doing it my self plus a Rug Doctor leaves soap within the carpet. Amazing, amazing job and I will be using him within the future!!! Highly recommended!!!! read more
