Need a quick car wash going to try them out today. The cashier was friendly and the detailing crew was fast and friendly

Looks like a nice place from the road. Not usually in this area but had plans to get my car washed today and decided to try it out. My car was very dirty from sitting under the tree. Sap and gooey dirt. Waiting in line reminded of if waiting for a ride at Wet n Wild. The guy trying to get your car in the wash likes to whistle...a lot. To avoid being whistled at, keep your eyes glued to him and attempt to follow his directions. The drive through car wash is looong. Lots of soapy foam and water. When you finally make it to the end, they hand dry your car quickly. If you did the full service or detail service they will hand signal to the left for you to find an open bay with the sign above it. It's also the same direction if you just got the plain wash and want to do free vacuum. Nice waiting area. I chose to sit outside and wait. We waited a while for someone to come finish with the drying and detail inside of the car. No communication really and I'm not sure of the system of how they know who's car is next to work on. One guy started it and another finished it. I'd hate to be there when it is really busy. But in case you are...there is a small cemetery behind the car wash in case the wait is too long.... Overall they did a decent job. It was clean and the goop was gone. My car was white again. I'd consider going back. But not be a regular as it was $25 and not really in my neighborhood. read more

This place was a God send. My car was so filthy I was ashamed. I don't drive much anymore and it had sat in the parking lot collecting buckets of dust and oak tree sap. It was fillled with fast food trash. These guys had it looking like the day I bought it!! Absolutely fabulous. So polite. read more

Aw man, for the price I paid I expected my car to not have so many flaws. Amazing service! I called ahead to get a quote on how much it would take for them to clean my car and the person on the phone, Angel, was very helpful. And being the winter time, this place closed at 6 which is very convenient. I drove up there at around 4:15/4:30 and got the two detailing services (The classic & seats) -- totaling to $80 because they had a special for the Super Bowl Weekend. The worker also gave me an additional $2 off, cool! :) My car was BEYOND dirty. Dust everywhere, red tapioca stuck on the interiors, seats were worn out. I had made my 2 year old car look 10 years older... LOL. The outside wash was basic, the usual suds and colorful soap. WHAT WAS A BIG TURN OFF was the dry. The employees literally wiped down my car in less than 30 seconds. It would have looked nicer if I just let it air dry. Streaks everywhere. However, I expected this since I read it in a review. I dropped off my car in the next station and I went to the lobby area/room to wait for it to be cleaned. Coffee and fountain drinks were offered in there. Around 5:50 was when my car was finished. My car was spotless! .... Or so I thought. I noticed a gum stain still stuck on the door but assumed they just couldn't get it out. And as I drove away I noticed red tapioca stains still on my AC vent and seats! I ended up driving back because, well, I paid $80 + tip for my car to be detailed. I asked Angel if he could do anything about it because if not, it's okay. And they took care of it! He told me it's better for me to come back so he could fix the mistakes rather me not complain then not come back, sweeeeeet. They fixed the crevices for me and it's been a couple of days now and I've noticed a couple more places they missed which really irks me because I paid for those specific areas to be cleaned off. Overall, this was pretty steep for a car detailing especially since they missed a couple of places, however, I can see myself coming back for the free vacuums and great service. read more

Fantastic automated car-wash. Wash-packages start at $5 and go up to $$$ for serious detailing. I appreciate the fact that your ride gets towel-dried at the end of the cycle. I've always seen a great result! read more

I've been here multiple times. Every time they have worked professionally and efficiently while making my car spotless and beautiful!

Finally get to try this place. Their hours and my work hours are the same so have to wait until the weekends to try them out. It was very crowded on a Sunday sunny morning so if your in a rush this is not the time to go. I would rank this one of the good ones for an automatic car wash. Nothing will ever be better than a hand wash by yourself. Gave it a 4 because they missed some dirty spots and the hand dry guys didn't take care of it so I had to do it myself at home. Great place for busy people that don't have time to wash their own vehicles. read more

I paid $24 for a deluxe interior package which is a car wash and basic interior detail. When the wash was over, I was not directed to a detail station. I brought this to an employees attention and he said he would take care of it. He had someone come clean my wheels and that was it. Waste of money. No one cared that I didn't get what I paid for. Will not return. read more

This used to be my favorite place to go for a car wash. I would recommend it to everyone and anyone but today changed that. My husband went for a quick wash since the kids fell asleep. The machine in the car wash pushed our SUV into the car in front of us. Luckily he stepped on the brakes to prevent damage. After, was my husband got out and informed the worker. There was no damage to the car in front because it hit his hitch on the back of his truck but messed up my license plate. The worker then stated it was my husband's fault! How???? It's on neutral and we are inside the car wash! That's why it's important to accurately determine when the next car can go in!!! Ruelas says drivers put on their brakes or move the If our car is on neutral and there are no hands on the steering wheel for the car to come off track. How can we be at fault if we do not have control over their car's movement? How?? Luckily, it only messed up my license plate. My car is new, so I'm livid! I get it, it's a business and you don't want to lose money. In this case there is no major damage to anyone's car. Horrible customer service!!!!!!! There was not even an apology!!!!!! Take ownership if you're car wash equipment is at fault or the fact that you allowed cars to be so close together! Never thought this would happen to us and especially here. This will be the last time I'm coming here. Stay far away from this place!!!!!! read more

I have been coming here since it opened and they have always done a good job. Today when I went through and requested the $9 carwash they told me that it would be an extra $5 due to the mud on my truck. I would understand it if my truck had been really muddy, however there was just a small amount of dirt on my running boards (see pic). I even questioned the guy who brought the other cashier over to confirm. I just don't get charging more for a slightly dirty vehicle when you're a car wash that washes dirty cars. Be warned if your car is actually dirty. read more

I've been meaning to do this review for over a month. I wish I could give this location a zero right now. This use to be my go to place. And I came once a week. Not that it was always a great experience. There's been several times where my windshield still had bugs or droppings on it, and the back of my car would still have dirt on it. Twice I've had to go back through the wash twice and cat Windows wasn't cleaned. i was told they couldn't get it all the way clean sometimes. I ignored that though and still kept making my weekly trips there. I noticed when they brought more of the females on doing the doing or running through the was service wasn't as good I ignored that too since the guys who take the payments have always been really friendly. I love a good customer service attitude. What drew the line for me, and I still haven't had the stomach to go back nor the lack of self respect. I went there one day to just vacuum My car since it was going to rain the next two days. No point in a wash, right! Mind you i had been several times just to vacuum the car, esp when it's rain coming through. Last time I vacuumed I was told where I could just enter to vacuum my car without waiting in the long line. This particular day I did just that and one of the girls looked at me crazy and starred me down as I drove by her. i parked my car and a few minutes later two guys were at my window telling me I coulDont just vacuum my car I had to pay for a wash too as one of the guys is like validating with the girl that it was me. I expressed to him that I have been coming there fir years and never had an issue with just vacuuming the car. He says the manager changed it and doesn't allow cars to get a vacuum without paying for a wash. I told him I wanted to talk to the manager myself anout it and to validate what he was saying. Besides there is a BIG OLD sign on displayed in the front of the business that says FREE VACUUM... not free vacuum with car wash!!! They we're rude and disrespectful and told me there was no manger on site that I could talk to. I informed them they were only saying something to me cause if the irritating employee girl who mugged me. So they said I needed to leave and that they were told by the manager I could not vacuum my car. I tild him again i wanted to speak to the manager and that this was the first I've ever had this type of problem with them and this bad customer service. I asked him to honor the sign which said free vacuum. He said no to me being able to talk to the manager stating the manager did not want to speak to me and told me if I didn't like their rules I could leave and go else where. he followed it with do not return to their case wash because I was no longer welcomed and would not be serviced. So as I'm telling him what lousy customer service he had and how unprofessional he was and that I was planning on wri in about my experience with them and him. He advise for me to do whatever I wanted but said he would note my car so if I returned I wouldn't be allowed a wash. as this is happening on and I recorded him and the situation another employee walked up as he started to walk off. The other employee displayed a much more professional attitude amd demeanor. He apologized for my experience and restated unfortunately they don't allow free vacuums, which I again stated the sign is being falsely advertised as free vacuum and I requested to speak to a manager. He said he would allow me to vacuum my car this one time, but not going forward. wish I could post the pictures I took of the one guy in particular, but do not see it as an option. I have since found two other car wash places that are much better than the one on Mansfield. the one on 360 and w camp wisdom and on Cedar hill off of 67 not too far from the plaza. I will be reporting this business still too better BBB. read more

For 28 dollars you get a good (depending on how busy they are) exterior clean, some days they only have one man with a brush before driving in the tunnel and he has a hard time scrubbing the entire vehicular well before entering, but overall the tunnel cleans well. You also get a quick interior detail (quick as in not a deep clean, it still can take up to 20-30min). They shine your tires and will leave your car looking freshly cleaned. It's not the best possible clean but for 28 dollars and the convenience it's not a bad deal. I would up to 4-5 stars if the cleaning was consistently good and they gave a little more effort on cleaning the interior. Other, more expensive packages are offered, which may give you better results. I splurged once and went with the $50 option and honestly couldn't tel enough difference vs the 28 option. I think 28 dollar is the best value clean. read more

This has become one of the worst car washes around Mansfield. They worry more about running cars thru fast, than making sure customers are satisfied with vehicle. We always purchase the $28 works package and they never wipe down car. My windshield was still filthy and my tires weren't wiped off, or even the bumper. My wife took her car there day before and went home and spent another 30 min wiping it off. read more

I took my Lexus here today, and was hesitant after hearing horror stories of other places doing headlight restoration and damaging the vehicles paint. They are definitely my favorite car wash in the area! read more

There are some smart ass employee's there. I asked to do a $18 dollar car wash and the guy said " this is Mainly for a wheel cleaning so if it doesn't clean your whole truck then you just waisted your money" I then said " ok just give me the $16 dollar and at least my truck will be clean". The guy proceeded to take my card but as he was leaving to charge my card he mumbled something smartass and was shaking his head, as if he was trying to tell me I am not making a good decision on my car wash selection. So I yeld across and asked him to bring my card back and he said "is there a problem?" And I replied " I don't know is there a problem. He tried to explain but the Savage I am I stopped him and told him he doesn't have to explain himself to me and drove away. read more

i spent a lot of money for my car to be detailed, and i will never go back. they completely rushed it and it was horrible. the outside of my car was not cleaned at all and the inside was still so dirty. if someone spends that kind of money you do not rush it and half ass it. absolutely horrible. read more

Clean Getaway is the best non-specialty car wash and detail place in DFW. I love getting my car done and I've been to many places that seem similar, but leave much to be desired. This place is good quality, efficient, and priced well. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because there are always small spots here and there that I find could have been done better, but I just take care of those myself in less than 30 seconds when I get home. read more

Just took my BRAND NEW car here for a wash. Paid extra to ensure the bugs were all cleaned off from a short trip. I use the front camera to align myself with the wash and it functions fine. I watch the entire fist pass on my cameras and all cameras are fine. The car comes out still covered in bugs, they send me through again and I align my car with the camera. As I am watching on the front camera I witness the machine break my camera. I bring it to the attention of the manager on duty, and complete the form requested. I finally get a call two days later and they are rude, obnoxious, and refuse to pay. I am now forced to file a claim in my insurance, obtain the services of an attorney, and assist my insurance company to pursue the owner. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, or the adjacent cleaners (Threads) as both are owned by the same folks and have ruined clothes and failed to compensate. read more

This place is horrible. I stopped by to get my car washed today and one of the machines in the tunnel broke off my left side trim off the fender. The manger Eric Suarez, so he said his name was. Said they couldn't do anything because my car came with "damage" it had a door ding about a foot and a half away from the trim piece! He said they couldn't not be held responsible for the damage because of that. read more

I came in and i paid $85 for a clean detail inside my car. They barely even bothered to clean my window, my middle console and dash. They left the chairs soaking wet. They didnt really bother vaccuming the inside of the car as well. They looked like they were just in a rush to go home. Only took 15 minutes to clean my car, usually takes a lil longer for a full detail. Not coming back to this location again. Would rather go to brite zone auto again instead of here. They cleaned my car better, thoroughly, took there time and did not rush. read more

Customer Service here is a lost art! I asked the guy taking my money if I could get the package that included applying tire shine on my tires? Answering as if I was bothering him he said yes, for $12.00. I paid him the $12.00. I go through the car wash & had to ask where I go to get the tire shine. The second guy with the same kind of attitude just pointed over in a general direction & went on his way. I'm thinking Wow I wonder what's going on at this place to cause everyone here to be in a crappy mood? Of well maybe just an off day. As I was waiting for my tire shine the third attitude approached my window. As I was rolling down my window he was already asking me if I still had my receipt? Let me think, I received it less than 3 minutes ago and I couldn't leave my car without getting a full shower with brushes all over me. Of course I have my receipt. I gave it to him and of course he says "you didn't pay for the tire shine, you paid for the shine that the car wash applies during your wash." I said that's not what I was told I purchased! He all but walked off muttering something kind I'm sure. So, I paid $12.00 and didn't get what I was told I was getting AND got 3 real bad attitudes all within 10 minutes! What a bargain? I hope they have a better evening than they did during the day. By the way, there's A Lot of car washes in the area. I think I'll go back to one of those. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I normally wash my own car, but we came back from Galveston and I wanted the under carriage cleaned to get the salt off. I paid for the $16.00 wash. When it came out the first time it was still covered in dirt (back and driver side). The owner said they could use a bottle or run it through again. I said the could use the bottle. First of all they used window cleaner....not sure if it had ammonia...but the rag was dirty so I stopped them and told them to run it thru again. No better the second time. The guy drying it off is a joke. They said they only get 20 seconds per car...do you know what kind of quality you get for 20 seconds. Do yourself a favor...just drive it thru a mud puddle and save yourself $16.00. read more

This place always does an efficient job. It is quickly and for the price the $11 wash is the best. When purchasing the interior packages, I feel like it is not quite the same value. I took my husbands vehicle here today to get it cleaned. My husband had not cleaned the inside of his suv for 4 years! It was horrible inside! Gunk all up in the cup holders in fact just all over. It was worth the $55 for all that that vehicle needed done to it. I also got leather scent in it. Plus, I loved it so much that I brought my vehicle back as well as our daughters vehicle. This place does such an amazing job at making the vehicles look clean inside and out. Like show room new! Also complimentary drinks in a nice cool lobby; so cool! I'm so glad to came up on the place :) Be sure to tip them cause they do exceptional work in this Texas heat. read more

Arrived at about 10:00 a.m. on a Friday. Paid for Deluxe Wash, which includes exterior and interior Armor All. After going through the machine, I was directed into one of the detailing bays. There I sat for 30 minutes waiting for one of the detailers to detail my vehicle. No detailer ever came. All the detailers appeared to be working on other vehicles. And, three of the detailing bays were unoccupied. Therefore, it is clear that management did not have enough detailers working. This business sells a product that it cannot service. After 30 minutes, I drove off. Some of us have to work. If you are willing to pay $20+ for an average wash by a machine and then wait at least 30 minutes for Armor All detailing service that never occurs, then this is the place for you. read more

I love this car wash. It is a hop, skip, and a jump from my house. However, my mom had taken my car this car wash and they had broken off my blinker signal and somehow the when should wipers came on when they did that. I got home I was trying to get my windshield wipers to turn off when I noticed that wire sticking out of the part. My mom and I went back up there and they were saying there was no way they broke apart. However my Winchell wiper's and blinkers work both perfect time for my mom got it up there. Overall this is a good place to get your car washed. Sometimes I still have dirty spots on my car though. This place is pricey and I'd expect to not have that problem. My other issue is that often the guys at the end of the wash will try to wave you forward before the tire shine has been applied. If I'm paying for it, I'm going to sit there and let it get put on. Sometimes the workers have bad attitudes but I overlook it and will continue to go for the convenience. read more
