This location is real close to my house, and I go here for convenience. It's not a horrible car wash, but I find that when you finish going thru the car wash, the car always leaves a grimy layer on the car, that needs to be buffed out when drying with a towel. Some of the vacuum hoses have very little suction, and for vacuuming out the trunk, you have to back in, as the hoses are not long enough. Like I said, this location is not horrible, but having to use extra elbow grease to remove the layer of grime, and paying vacuum roulette is not convenient. read more

If all you want is a basic external car wash, then you found the right place. However, if you want anything else that they advertise, you will be extremely disappointed. Only 8 of the vacuums work, their phone number is disconnected, the payment screen is always broken, and if you get the $16 package, you're just overpaying for the basic package. Even the vacuums that do work though, are subpar at best. Please do yourself, your car, and your wallet a favor by finding another car wash location. read more

So this is your standard drive-thru car wash. I always opt for the basic $3 wash, though they have a tiered system where you can select more options like rain-x. They also offer a monthly plan, which I think ranges from $20-$30 depending on the tier. The drive thru machine takes cash and card. If my car is super filthy like after a road trip, the machine doesn't quite cut it, but for average dirt/ wear it does the trick. On my most recent visit, when my car was still drying, the car behind me started honking incessantly because I think we were staggered too closely, so I left without being fully dried. The free vacuums work well, some better than others. All in all, I'd recommend this place. For $3 I'm satisfied with how the car turns out. read more

I actually found this place by another Yelper's review! After seeing that they had $3 car washes- I couldn't choose anywhere else! I chose the basic $3 wash and my service was fast and without wait. I was in and out. I used the FREE vacuums that they offer and was extremely pleased-- though my car wash wasn't that great (there's still dirt and smudges everywhere) it's exactly what you'd probably expect from a $3 car wash- so I can't complain too much. I've had a membership here for over 2 years now, and at first it was okay, but service has declined within the past year. I've come here multiple times, including today, and left with my car even dirtier than when I drove up! As I drove through the wash, I noticed it was very quiet, and although soap was falling, it was barely being rubbed onto my car. That was followed by a few (literally) drops of water, as if someone was spitting on my car. Finally, the dryer added a new layer to the dirt I drove in with. Normally, I'd knock on the office door to let the manager know what happened and have him look at the additional dirty residue. However, the wash closed after the 2 cars behind me drove through. Other days I've gone and gotten stuck in the wash because it stopped and had to be reset. Talk about being clueless and terrified! Went here expecting to get my car at least clean for $15. I'm not asking for it to be showroom quality, just clean. I don't have a large car, it's a midsize sports car. I left, when I got home, 2/3 of the rear end looked like it wasn't even touched. As someone who washes their car regularly, I was looking for a new place to use. BEWARE OF ANY Jerry's Express Car Wash. IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR! GO ANY WHERE ELSE!! THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR DAMAGES, AND THEIR WASH WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR! The Jerry's Express Car Wash Garland ripped off a manufacture and factory installed light bar on our new Jeep on Sunday, July 24th and refusing to repair/replace it, after they openly admitted to not turning off the top brushes as they had a new employee who didn't realize, and have clearly stated they ONLY replace manufacture and factory installed products. I spoke with Vitaly their manager, and was told since it was factory installed we shouldn't have any issues and I needed to submit a repair estimate from the dealership. I was without my Jeep for 2-days while the dealership assessed the damages and created an estimate for Jerry's Express Car Wash Garland. The light bar could not be repaired and would have to be re-ordered and re-installed. I submitted the estimate to Vitaly and after 2-days of waiting, I received this frustration and standardized corporate email, "Mrs. Gorman, I would like you thank you in return for your patience with this matter. It is a very unfortunate situation to have happen. I did send the estimate that you provided to our corporate office and they responded back to me and informed me that because the damage is to an aftermarket item and it is not factory installed we are not liable to cover repairs. We do have a retract for our top wheel and as we do use this function as we catch the opportunity to avoid these situations it is not the intended operation of the wash or to be an expected function. Where we do catch these situations more often than not we can't catch every one, we wash anywhere between 500-1500 vehicles of all shapes and sizes and all with different additions to them on a daily basis which makes it more difficult for our employees to remember each vehicles needs for special functions for the additions to their vehicle as opposed to the vehicle driver pointing out additions and knowing their own vehicles and what functions of the wash may need to be turned off and reminding the employees ahead of time. I do regret having to inform you of the fact that as a company the decision has come to not covering the payment because it is aftermarket and not an original factory installed item on the vehicle as our policy states, I have also attached a copy of our sign with this disclosure in the email. This is not a singled out incident by any means and as a company we like to stick by our policies in full so there is no dispute from client to client, as in no choosing favorites or having any "you fixed their issues but not mine" situations. Once again we appreciate your business, please feel free to email or call with further questions. The price is the best thing, along with free vacuums. Is the wash perfect, especially for stuck-on bugs, etc. No it isn't. But I've been through washes that cost 3 - 4 times more and it didn't get my car completely clean either. The 4 stars is for the attendants. I know they are young and paid minimum wage, but some customer service training would go a long way to "cleaning up" Jerry's reputation. read more

The car wash here SUCKS!!! My car is literally not clean at all in fact it looks worse then before I got it washed!! I would give it 0 stars if possible. I guess 1 star for free vacuums but they don't work great. Don't waste your money here!! read more
