I was nervous to get an Interior detail here after reading some of the critical reviews, but I listened to 2 friends who'd been here and I'm so glad that I did. I am impressed with how well they cleaned the inside of my well-worn truck. $160 not including tip. They got so many stains out of the floorboard carpet. Surfaces wiped well. This review has more to do with the appearance of the place than the service itself. I've been coming here for many years, but almost kept going because I wasn't sure they were still in business. The exterior is run down, landscape hasn't been cleaned/trimmed/mowed in who knows how long. I've been here a while because I'm getting an oil change & carwash. Sweating in the waiting room. New to the area and badly needed our 3 vehicles to be washed. Had left our 2 of the 3 vehicles here in TX as we were in the process of moving. As you can imagine, the 2 were really dirty from being outside for over 6 weeks. We relocated from out of state where there are plenty of full service car washes everywhere. I noticed that there aren't many full service car washes in the area. This full service car wash did an amazing job on all 3 of our cars! I'm giving this location 3 Stars based on the following... we came in on a Sunday. Asked for the basic detailing and we were told that service is not available?? I said why and we were told they didn't have that service at the moment. I said ok do I need to make an appointment. Kid says nope they were busy yesterday. Then I was like ok what's the cleanest you can get my truck. He said super clean. Which meant washing and vacuuming the car. We get our receipt which we take up front and ask the girls the same thing about getting the truck detailed. Apparently no one know when detailing is available. JUST CALL AHEAD I GUESS... so the kicker is as soon as the truck is all done getting dried and partially vacuumed. The detailers or whatever you call them show up. Customer service wasn't that great. I don't get people don't greet. My husband wanted to try this place out as it's not to far from sams Club. They have several car accessories for sale along with all types of cards. A very big size waiting area and plenty room to also sit and wait outside. I think this place has a lack of employee communication with there customers. They've changed everything to adjust to covid. I washed 3 vehicles here in 2 weeks and I'm completely satisfied. That's tough for me to say about anything. I've asked to get my cloudy headlights cleaned and will update my review with pictures after they get done. I have attempted to do it myself and may have screwed it up. I have been going to this car wash since it opened. It has changed owners and has gone downhill drastically. The place is dirty inside with the bathrooms being the worst. I would not recommend anyone go to this place. I also had the oil changed in all of my cars and trucks at this place. The last oil change I got there took 45 minutes with only one other car in front of me. I was informed that the new out of state owners understand the problems and do not really care. This is very sad to see. This once was the best car wash and lube business in the Mansfield and Arlington area. I gave it one star because there was not a Zero star icon. read more

What a wonderful experience and so efficient! It was time to get my fie's car serviced so we decided to stop in for an oil change and get her Escape washed. Overall it didn't take too long at all. I have been to this place a number of times and I have never experienced such terrible service as I did this weekend. I took both of my cars and in both instances trash was left and my tires were halfway wiped. The rubber on my tire shined before I took off I got home and dry rubber. I I tentio ally put an empty bottle on the floor so they'd know it was trash but they decided to place an empty Gatorade bottle into the seat and leave it. I can deal with ups and downs of a place but when I get both of my cars consecutively half washed on the same day? We have a problem. Worse place ever I took my 2020 Mercedes there and the lady who was drying my car "Cynthia" admits to banging my car door into a metal container that they had sitting out and the manager Miguel Hernandez made her change her story. I have been in search of a full service car wash since I am new to the area. I stumbled across Brite Zone while searching on Yelp and thought I'd give it a shot. I chose the best full service car wash option that they had which actually came out to $31 not $27 like it said online. Nothing seemed that much more special for it to be $31 honestly, seemed pretty basic to me. As I was pulling in to the vacuum sections, there was a group of employees ready to get started, one of which decided to try and throw a towel across my vehicle while I was driving and it landed on my windshield. I have 2 dogs, which is why I pay for the full service instead of doing it myself. I'm pretty sure they thought I was an awful person for making them vacuum the back another time. The boy who threw the towel had apologized and made it very clear that they normally charge for all the dog hair but because of the incident, they did it for free... he wiped down my seats which wasn't apart of the wash which took me by surprise since I chose the best package. I'm not completely disappointed, but with the results of the wash but nothing seemed any more special than if I was to pay for the most basic wash. read more

This was our first and last car wash at Brite Zone. New to mansfield we received a coupon that brought us to this car wash. Pulling in the line on a Wednesday it was slow and confusing and the attendant told us that with the coupon would be $20 then corrected after we confirmed the cost on the coupon was much lower. We had a very long wait just for the vacuuming and the wash and dry was no better. Very disappointed service and the wash was terrible the car still had bird drops and bug marks on it. will continue looking for a quality car wash. read more

On a monthly the wash is a reasonably good value. They are not always consistent as it seems to depend on whether or not you get some of the folks that have been there through multiple managements. The old crew are the best. This is the reason I gave them only 3 stars. A couple of the employees that directly interface at the check-in point have a really poor attitude. Anything that requires them to take an extra step or have to look something up they immediately show their disapproval by rolling their eyes or showing anger by disrespecting their customers. This is fixable. But would require either retraining the offenders or firing them. Hiring quality people to greet customers will allow this business to either flourish or die. read more

Went here yesterday for an inspection and they offered a free car wash. When I came back to pick up my car I found my rear tire looking like this. I spoke with the inspection person and he said that my tire definitely did not come in that way which I knew was 100% accurate because I looked at my tires before I left my house. They then sent me to the manager of the The car wash who reviewed video footage and could not see anything definitively. He then proceeded to walk me through the car wash and felt the track and showed me where there was no pieces sticking out. As we walked I found pieces of my tire sitting on top of the track and he said then that it must've been a factory defect. He was trying to deny that it was possible to happen in his car wash. I asked who I needed to speak with next because we were getting nowhere and he told me his manager was at lunch. An hour later they called and asked that I bring the vehicle back up there. Frustrated and on a holiday weekend I agreed. That manager gave me the same demonstration and they took my car back through again and the pieces that were hanging off came off the second time in the car wash. He then said there was absolutely no way it was their fault and that I could contact the general manager but that he would 100% deny it. After showing it to a tire expert in the business he said that there was no way that that could be a factory defect. Whatever you do please don't take your vehicle to this place. Absolutely ridiculous that they will not fix an issue over something minor. read more

I been going here for my oil change and car wash/detailing. This past time I went I was very disappointed the the auto detailing....I waited for 2 hours plus they messed up my tint... I just felt like these guys didn't care anymore. I would probably just only come back for my live service no longer the detailing. read more

Brite Zone car wash does decent job.I have had an oil change and several car washes done there. The most recent I had the 'Super Clean' interior option. This includes a car wash and wipe down of the outside along with a deep clean of the inside. It is not considered a detailing but as the name implies is a deep clean of either the interior or the exterior. The level of clean they did I would compare to a light detailing. All of the interior and exterior was wiped and given a cleaning. The interior was wiped and crevices cleaned. They do offer a full detail that focuses more on buffing the exterior and washing the seats and carpet. The cost for the super clean is $50. Their car washes start at $12 which is not bad when you consider other car washes in the same area charge $8 to $12 for a drive though wash and you wipe and vacuum it yourself. The only drawback is to not be in a hurry. The average time for a car wash is 10 - 15 minutes with vacuuming. The super clean took over an hour. A full detailing is more than 2 hours. I would highly recommend just dropping off rather than waiting. read more

This is the worst result I have ever experienced at a full service wash. The wheels were supposed to be cleaned but were not. The detail person said there was wax on the wheels. I cleaned a wheel in five minutes, then showed the manager. Miguel said the wheels had brake dust on them, all four of them. He said it would be an extra $10 per wheel. I chose to spend another 15 minutes and do it myself. What a waste of time this place is ! Maybe this post will save you the headache . read more

Took my car in at 10:30 not much of a line. My car was vacuumed and in the car wash pretty quick. Once it made it through the wash it was taken to the drying area. It sat and air dried for almost 20 minutes before anyone touched it. Completely air dried with water spots and dirt all over it. Once they finally got to drying it there wasn't any point. I spent over 30 minutes on it once I got home spraying it off with a hose and drying it off again. This place is a joke, what is the point of paying for a full service wash if you will have to redo it yourself once you get home? read more

The outside looked great! However the inside looked awful like they didn't even vacuum it. I had to go down the street and vacuum it out myself. And they wiped the inside down with a dirty rag and left marks all over my inside with the dirty rag! For $22.00 it shouldn't be dirty still! I won't be going back... read more

I've been with this business since they opened, off and on for years because the gradual decay in service and simply ability to wash a car. This was once a great place to get your car washed and detailed. This has been dropping off over the years to now so low that I'm writing to warn you about getting your car washed here or doing business with Brite Zone. Over the last year when I get my car washed I have to get the attendant to go back over the car and/or rewash. If not every time, most visits. I thought if I paid the $$$ of dollars to get my car detailed they would take extra care and "detail" to cleaning and detailing my car. When they finish the "FIRST" attempt there was dirt in the door wells, tire wells, bugs still on the hood and dumps, mud splashes , dirty wheels and to top it off, they told me they were conditioning my leather seats and all they did was put Armor All dressing on my leather seats. This detail included hand-wax, after seeing the dirt on the car, I knew they did not wax my car. I notified management, they made another attempt at providing a detail. They failed. I took my car, vowed. not to return and went home and detailed my own car and removed the Armor All from my leather seats. THIS IS THE WORSE POSSIBLE PLACE TO TAKE YOU CAR FOR A WASH OR DETAIL.
