$12 for a basic wash and my car looks the same going out as it did going in. It's no better than letting the rain wash your car. There's still bugs and gunk on my car. The windshield has soap residue. While observing the wash, the passenger side was abysmal with soap just streaming down the windshield, untouched by water or the rags all the way to the end compared to the driver side. But we can rewind to before I even got the wash. There are two of three lanes open and one attendant is with a car in one lane so I go to another lane and proceed to use their machine to buy a wash. Another attendant passed by, aware that I am trying to buy a wash. I attempt to pay and the machine doesn't take my card. I attempt many times before that second attendant comes and tells me the machine doesn't work and that I need to wait for that first attendant to buy a wash. Oh okay I guess. So I wait and the second attendant just stands by and waits and I'm sure it had been about 5 mins of waiting before the second attendant decides to go into the building and come back out with an iPad so I can pay for a wash. The first attendant was still with the car that I saw him with when I initially came in. Get around to go through the car wash and there are no attendants there. I had to wait for that second attendant to come over and remove the cone so I can get through. After the wash, I drive over to the free vacuums, but unfortunately parked in the section of vacuums that did not have any suction power. I saw complementary towel stands, but there were no clean towels and no way to tell an attendant that I would like a towel so I can wipe my car down... So I moved to another section and proceeded to clean the inside of my car then went home to really inspect what was not washed off. Thoroughly disappointed. I really should've read the reviews before just choosing a random car wash. This was an absolute waste of $12. read more

Don't go here. I got the most expensive wash and I had to towel dry my entire car. The window and surface cleaner is out. They do not spray down or brush your windshield before you go into the tunnel- therefore my entire windshield and front bumper are still covered in bugs. $30 and I could have had it done much better myself at self service. The girl who waved me in told me they "don't do that here" when I asked her to spray down my car and the man at the check flirted with me asking about my relationship status and if I was married right off the bat. Equipment inside the car wash isn't working or isn't working correctly. Sprayers start well after your vehicle passes in front so only first 1/3 gets soap or water, brushes don't work, and the hanging wash strips don't work back and forth. If I could give zero stars I would. Try to get my car washed because I have a membership there, sticker isn't working which happens occasionally but that's not the issue I had. Person found my account and said, "give me a minute." as they walked to the office. no big deal right? Just print me out a new one so the scanner can pick it up. Welp, 5 minutes goes by, nothing. Get out my car to go see what's the issue and I was met with what I presume is the manager aggressively telling me and I quote, "We are working on a couple things, also your account shows it's a couple days past due." Long bangs) was very rude and unprofessional. Our membership was not working. So when "bangs" boy came over and asked us what the last four digits of our CC were, we gave him one (of four) cards that we frequently use. He said that was not it. I have had nothing but problems with the membership and this location. I purchased the car wash membership online and it instructed me to go to this location to obtain the rfid sticker. I did that and it worked intermittently about three times but about seven times it's always required assistance of the attendant getting my information and looking it up on their end and then coming out with a code to type in. Today it didn't work again and the manager came out, got my information and said that I wasn't even in the system even though I showed that I still had an active account on the app and showed that it had been automatically drafted out of my account less than ten days ago. The manager told me that my problem is that I purchased it online and for some reason there is a disconnect between that and the local car wash. Which doesn't make any sense because it has worked in the past a couple of times and I got the rfid sticker from that location. In any case, that's all the manager would do to resolve the situation and unlocked the gate to wave me on through because there were cars behind me. I needed to get both my vehicles washed this morning so even though the pictures are my truck (the second vehicle) my review begins with my first vehicle (Kia Telluride). I'm in line and an older gentleman came to chat. He inquired on if I had a membership. I told him I dont because I prefer a full service option. He suggested I go to the full service quarterly and use zips for the unlimited option. I told him it's something to consider. I got my Telluride done, left, and came back on my pictured Nissan Titan. After the carwash I got to vacuum and noticed that my passenger side looked like it didn't get rinsed (pictured), my tailgate has dirt still pilled on it like it wasn't washed. Now I'm mindful I got the basic wash but I assumed the basic wash would rinse the soap off and wash the dirt off the tailgate. I pulled back around to let the now younger gentleman know it didn't do either. His response "I don't know what to tell you"! I inquired about the Clean Car Guarantee they have posted. He said that's only with the membership. Needless to say, they have completely assured me they are not the membership I should pay for. I'll ZIPP right by them! I have had two cars damaged. One as a result of scratches to the side of my vehicle and another where the roof roller cracked the glass on my sunroof. The manager submitted a claim and both were denied by the Zips customer service representative as "normal" scratches not caused by their system. Would not recommend their car wash. read more

Zips fraudulently signed me up for a car wash membership, gave no receipt, ignored my customer service emails and requests for cancellation and did nothing to resolve it. They have charged me $60 since January and haven't refunded it. There is a Federal Trade Commission investigation ongoing. I reported them to the FTC and hope if others were similarly scammed they will also report Zips. The website is: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov This is bad business practice. Enrolling consumers in auto debit monthly charges with no knowledge and no service in return is theft. If you visited Zips you need to check your accounts for theft. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Several issues. Spent $28 on a car wash for my car to not be fully washed. I drive a Chevrolet Traverse and the entire back hatch / window did not get cleaned. My passenger side mirror broke. There was a bee infestation in the trash cans which sit directly underneath the vacuums. So I spent my time vacuuming my car and vacuuming up bees flying around me and inside my car. Nasty. When speaking to the manager they explained my car will never get cleaned due to the design of a car wash and that's why the cleaner and towels are provided, but I haven't had this issue with other car washes... He also said he would submit a claim for my mirror but turned around and said "we don't do mirrors" it says right there on our window. read more

I get a notice from my bank that I have been charged $30.00! I don't even have a tag anymore. I went to my bank and filed a complaint; they refunded my money and then today I was charged again. Just had my monthly subscription cancelled for both my cars cancelled after terrible experience with employees at the Mansfield location. I paid for a second subscription online and went to the location with e-mail information to get my sticker. Employee was unable to process it and made me call to customer service. I called customer service and had employee with me on speaker to try to resolve situation. Employee just hung up phone in the middle of the call with another ZIPs employee and said it was not their problem. She said the upper and the lower washed enough they don't need the middle. If the middle was unnecessary why is it there? She doesn't know. Do not recommend subscribing to monthly service. It's a hassle to cancel and they won't refund your $35 even when asked to cancel and also zips does not send confirmation email when customer submits a ticket but requests it in order to refund. Toyia replied to the ticket and was very unprofessional in her tone by email. Basically tells me I am not getting a refund for a vehicle I have not had in over 2months. I requested cancellation and refund. I do not recommend. I can also recall the few time I have went in the past issues with the vacuums not working. Zipwash stole 163 dollars frome by continuing to charge me after I had cancelled service. One of the charges was double the amount I had agreed to pay for service to begin with. I've been fighting with them for two and a half months to get my money back, and now they are saying that since the original charges are more than 90 days ago, they can't refund the money they stole. My paint was also damaged in their car wash, which was the reason i cancelled service. Their granbury location is reportedly charging people for full service washes, even when some of the machines have been malfunctioning or not working at all.
