I was suckered into opting for a membership plan that was too good to be true and although I have been trying cancel since november, I continue to get charged and have not been able to even get one wash out of all that I've paid. I tried to go and get a wash was told for 55/month there is no vacuum - only wash the exterior. That's a joke! I have called countless times and have emailed and was assured last month by the manager that my plan was canceled and was charged again this month. Do NOT get scammed into a membership!! read more

I gave them one star because atleast they were open. So I get to the front and the man charged me a different price than what he said he was going to charge me. I asked him why did he do this and he said that's why he is promoting, but that's not what I asked for. I was charged more than the amount. I called to speak to the manager and they kept saying they don't speak English ! So the second time I went. ( I decided to give them another chance) and the second chance was. I went there to get a full service car wash. And they said they couldn't clean the car clean clean because I only paid 30.00. I didn't have a muddy car, just small papers and crumbs on the floor. I would think 30.00 on a fill service would suffice for what I needed. But apparently they take their time based on how much you pay . We sat there for almost two hours . They didn't go based on when you car came in . They go by how much the person paid. Never again , back to cooper street car wash I go . She could held the attitude. I was so calm, cool and collected! I would actually give it zero stars if I could. The location in Mansfield is horrible. The machines don't work properly and they don't fully clean your car. I even told them and gave them a chance to fix it, they sent me back through for the exact same cleaning. My car was still dirty and I told them and asked for a refund and they refused. I will never use these people again and I don't recommend you do either! $17 was a complete waste just for me to clean my own car and $17 didn't even come with a tire cleaning. Daniel the hiring manager is completely unprofessional! I declined a job offer and this establishment pops up on my social as if i worked here. I dont know what kind of fraud they are running but i will be pursuing legal action if HR or the owners dont reach out. Nope! I guess this place has a new owner. My vehicle is not clean after going through the tunnel. I had to clean it myself when I got home. Dust and dirt is still on my vehicle. The prices are not good for the poor job at cleaning. Plus the signs are not clear on the type of service you are getting. I paid $20 so I could get the bugwash. After going through the wash, there were still a lot of bugs on the windshield and there was nobody drying the cars at the end. I went back in the line and asked to go through again, and once again, there were still bugs on the windshield and front of the car after the second wash. Also, there was nobody drying the cars at the end. I finally gave up and went home and finished cleaning the bugs off the car. We took our other car to the other carnation wash on Collins in Arlington and not only is it CHEAPER, they do a much better job and they have people drying the cars at the end. SKIP THIS PLACE IN MANSFIELD ALTOGETHER. read more

I'm always so skeptical About Car washes, scared of Scratches, Marks, etc. Gave this place a try for a $24 wash in my new car and I loved it! No scratches, Did the job and no water spots after either! Even with the line being long I was in and out ( including the line ) in 10 minutes! The first time I was here in Apr, guy told me it would be better if I paid $20 and get the whole month any time any day car washed. He said I only paid ahead 1 month and if decided to come back then just pay it again when it is expired. So I did pay the first month but did not come back to renew. Today I found out that they have been charging me every month since the day I went there. Never come back again and of course I will let my bank know and try to get my money back. Actually NO STAR! After coming to this car wash since it opened several years ago as Clean Getaway..then trying the Carnation Auto Spa (with the manager and some employees from Clean Getaway) I regrettably tried again today. From being told at 4:55pm that "we close at 7 and have 5 details so we are not doing anymore today" (by the way once you are in the lane to get service there is no way to leave to get the detail you want) I purchase the $21 wash. The employee who is supposed to pre spray your auto is in a lively conversation with another employee and simply sprays across your windshield (my car visibly NEEDED the pre spray on hood and back also, at least) we were herded through where one employee was "drying off" cars/SUV's as fast as possible..not doing well. Thank goodness I knew where to go to get my wheels done..waited almost 10 minutes for someone (the employee having the lively conversation with the disinterested pre spray fail employee) to show up. That delay DID give me enough time to wipe off the back of my auto that was still filthy. I vacuumed my auto and left..disappointed, disgusted and vowing to not ever return! This car wash has truly gone downhill. Beware! read more

The car wash was fine.. not the best but it did the job. I noticed a little while later that my back license plate was gone. It's come off in the car wash before so I drove back to ask if they had seen a license plate on the ground by or in the car wash. Not a single one of them spoke English so it was very hard to tell them what I needed to find. They gestured me to look around while one of them looked inside the car wash after at least 10 minutes of me trying to tell them what I was looking for. He left me looking through their back room (not sure what to call it) and came back not even 2 minutes later and said they didn't have anything. He barely looked for it which leads me to think he didn't know what I was going there to look for since there was no one to translate for us. I left frustrated and they were absolutely NO help, I wouldn't recommend this car wash. Very poor staff and they are not helpful. They couldn't even answer the phone after calling multiple times to try to ask if they had it before I wasted my gas (I live 30 minutes from Mansfield) read more

Ok....I was at the carwash on 9/24/22 while in the wash, it suddenly stopped working. Was stuck in there for about 15 minutes before they repaired it. I received No apology for my inconvenience. I asked to speak with the manager, but he ignored me. I feel I was owed an apology , or given a complimentary free was on the next visit. However, I was dismissed as if nothing ever happened. This place is very unprofessional and I will no longer attend this establishment. read more
