We used Joshua and his team to deep clean our condo. I cannot say enough positive things. They were incredibly responsive, fairly priced, and did a very thorough job. We would highly recommend Clean Fast for your cleaning needs. read more

Cleaning crew was personable and efficient, but did not arrive at scheduled time. I called Clean Fast. They called cleaning crew and said they would come in 2 hours, which they did. I had the impression that this was an unusual slip-up, since I found my communcations with Joshua timely. I would probably give them another try. read more

We needed a last minute cleaning. requested a quote on Wednesday to book for Friday, were given the option of two different time-slots. The team arrived on time. They got right to work. They were thorough and efficient. They respected our need for masking in the house (absolutely key for an immune compromised household). Their work is excellent, would absolutely hire again! read more

Joshua is very communicative and professional. He always responds quickly and makes scheduling easy.

Joshua has been very reliable and responsive from day 1. We started by having a one-time clean, but quickly switched to weekly service. The ladies always come on time, and are friendly and cheerful. They work quickly and efficiently, and aren't bothered by my annoying dogs. There are no hidden fees, which I really appreciate. Definitely recommend. read more

It's hard to find all of these three: great service, thorough cleaning and quick turnaround! I've booked them monthly now. Josh, the owner, is super helpful and fast to communicate! Cinco stars! read more

Joshua sent a team of two out to do what they could to clean up a very dirty house in two hours. Well, I could see that they needed a little more time so we kept going for another half hour. Anyway, I couldn't believe the impact they made in such a short time. The house was so clean! I will use them again and a recommend Clean Fast to anyone looking for a cleaning team. read more

When my old cleaner stopped being reliable, I needed to find a new cleaner and I contacted Josh at Clean Fast. He was very quick to reply and had very competitive rates that were better than most of the other companies I contacted. He charges by the hour for 2 cleaners and the rate varies depending on if it's a one-time cleaning or if you do it monthly or more frequently. He was extremely communicative and gracious during the whole process from booking to payment, and always thanks me for the opportunity to provide a service. Everything can be handled via text, and he has always been available to schedule within a couple of days (sometimes even next day), unlike some companies that aren't available for a few weeks. All the cleaning people he sends are very thorough, efficient, and respectful, and my house is always so clean afterwards. I'm very happy with his services and highly recommend this company. read more

Very good experience, would hire again. The owner was communicative & helpful, they gave us a very reasonable rate, and the cleaning team they sent (2 people were) were thorough and friendly. This was for a move out clean and they were very efficient. Thank you! read more

I worked with Joshua and his team in getting my place cleaned in Encino. They were responsive, on time, and over all did a great job.

I had a very awkward experience. I was sent two cleaning people who did a so so job. I have a large home so I was giving the benefit of the doubt. I needed biweekly cleanings and asked them to come back in two weeks. The next time they were supposed to come I received a text 15 minutes after they were supposed to arrive stating they had an emergency and couldn't make it. They asked to come the next day. I contacted Joshua asking if this typically happens only to find out the cleaning people I had been communicating with no longer worked for him. I was confused but okay, I still need my house cleaned lol. I was told he would text me the following day with an appointment time. I received a text two days later and had already booked with another company. I'm still receiving texts from the cleaning people who came that no longer work with Clean Fast and have had to block them. This all seems so unprofessional and a little creepy. read more

Very kind, willing and wonderful workers. They were on time and worked the entire time they were here, no slacking. Everything we asked them to do they did with no problem. I would definitely hire them again. read more

Very thorough and good communication. I paid for my son to get his apartment, cleaned as part of a birthday present. He has since moved out of the valley, but these folks were good enough that I wanted to leave a review anyway for others. read more

Clean Fast responded promptly to my request for a full house cleaning. They sent a two person crew the very next day. Samuel and Joanna were hard-working, diligent and thorough. They cleaned my 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house in 4 hours. I really appreciated that they paid attention when dusting, putting everything back the way it was. I thought Clean Fast's fee of $70 per hour was reasonable. read more

I decided to use this business because of the 5 star rating. Very nice and friendly people but the cleaners caused some damage. They were not familiar with duvet covers (I guess) so instead removed the mattress protector and put the duvet around the mattress which caused it to tear. When I followed up, they said it was already torn when I gave it to them to put on the bed. In the end they did give me a small discount but I wouldn't use them again. read more

*edited 11/15/22 Cleaners came and took a long time, but the end result was fine. Our main problem was that a long list of things were missing from our house by the time we returned. The cleaners who serviced us were named Oliver and Glenda. We were only able to contact Oliver, who denied stealing anything from our home. We have strong reasons to make these claims, but long story short no one else had access to our home, and it's unlikely a burglar would take things like Christmas decorations and kid's toys, or modems without their chargers. Our garage code also mysteriously stopped working after they left. We offered to resolve things peacefully if they returned the items. They refused. At the very least, Joshua tried to be honorable and refunded us on what we mutually agreed would be a fair compensation for the items lost. If this was just about Oliver and Glenda, we would be giving a 1 star. They took enough things to fill a car, and consequently denied a family and their 6 kids what rightfully belonged to them. However, because Joshua did cooperate with us and was very civil, we don't wish to punish his business for the wrong doing of two subcontractors. We just hope that if anyone else has these cleaners show up at their door, know to keep a close eye on them, if you don't turn them away outright. We made the mistake of trusting them for half a day and learned our lesson the hard way. read more
