When my old cleaner stopped being reliable, I needed to find a new cleaner and I contacted Josh at Clean Fast. He was very quick to reply and had very competitive rates that were better than most of the other companies I contacted. He charges by the hour for 2 cleaners and the rate varies depending on if it's a one-time cleaning or if you do it monthly or more frequently. He was extremely communicative and gracious during the whole process from booking to payment, and always thanks me for the opportunity to provide a service. Everything can be handled via text, and he has always been available to schedule within a couple of days (sometimes even next day), unlike some companies that aren't available for a few weeks. All the cleaning people he sends are very thorough, efficient, and respectful, and my house is always so clean afterwards. I had a very awkward experience. I was sent two cleaning people who did a so so job. I have a large home so I was giving the benefit of the doubt. I needed biweekly cleanings and asked them to come back in two weeks. The next time they were supposed to come I received a text 15 minutes after they were supposed to arrive stating they had an emergency and couldn't make it. They asked to come the next day. I contacted Joshua asking if this typically happens only to find out the cleaning people I had been communicating with no longer worked for him. I was confused but okay, I still need my house cleaned lol. I was told he would text me the following day with an appointment time. I received a text two days later and had already booked with another company. I'm still receiving texts from the cleaning people who came that no longer work with Clean Fast and have had to block them. This all seems so unprofessional and a little creepy. read more

I decided to use this business because of the 5 star rating. Very nice and friendly people but the cleaners caused some damage. They were not familiar with duvet covers (I guess) so instead removed the mattress protector and put the duvet around the mattress which caused it to tear. When I followed up, they said it was already torn when I gave it to them to put on the bed. In the end they did give me a small discount but I wouldn't use them again. read more

*edited 11/15/22 Cleaners came and took a long time, but the end result was fine. Our main problem was that a long list of things were missing from our house by the time we returned. The cleaners who serviced us were named Oliver and Glenda. We were only able to contact Oliver, who denied stealing anything from our home. We have strong reasons to make these claims, but long story short no one else had access to our home, and it's unlikely a burglar would take things like Christmas decorations and kid's toys, or modems without their chargers. Our garage code also mysteriously stopped working after they left. We offered to resolve things peacefully if they returned the items. They refused. At the very least, Joshua tried to be honorable and refunded us on what we mutually agreed would be a fair compensation for the items lost. If this was just about Oliver and Glenda, we would be giving a 1 star. They took enough things to fill a car, and consequently denied a family and their 6 kids what rightfully belonged to them. However, because Joshua did cooperate with us and was very civil, we don't wish to punish his business for the wrong doing of two subcontractors. We just hope that if anyone else has these cleaners show up at their door, know to keep a close eye on them, if you don't turn them away outright. We made the mistake of trusting them for half a day and learned our lesson the hard way. read more

I used Yelp to request a quote, and Clean Fast offered $80/h for 2 cleaners, which I found reasonable and booked them. I am not super happy with the cleaning, so I do not specifically recommend it and will probably try another service next time, but I am not entirely unhappy either. Some aspects of the cleaning could have been better - I specified that I was looking for a deep clean, and I think that includes things like dusting the light fixtures, dusting the baseboards, doors, picture frames, air vents, etc, but the cleaners didn't do any of that... Overall, they were a little careless, dropping a lot of things and making a lot of noise - I did tidy everything before their arrival, and there were just few items on the counter or on top of the fridge, etc. They did leave a few spots on the mirror, which, again, is nothing super serious but is not particularly exciting either. The most offputting and shocking aspect for me was that the lady would just proceed and walk into areas she just mopped in her shoes, and when she was done mopping she dumped the bucket of dirty water into the kitchen sink. She did spray the sink with sanitizer afterward, but I'm not sure that's sufficient and I really would have preferred for her to use the toilet. read more
