The company failed to ask me if I speak any Spanish. Despite knowing that this was going to be a very specific deep clean dealing with an area that had flooded in my house, the cleaning people who came did not speak English and I had to spend time communicating to them through Google text. The dispatcher from the company kept sending me texts saying 'I understand. Thank you for the opportunity' and he'd call the cleaners but then they still kept working on areas that I had hired the company to help me clean. I also had to tell them to focus on getting one area done before water had to be shut off and pipes opened in that area. One of the cleaners kept cleaning my oven and sweeping floors that I didn't ask to be swept because this was meant to be a deep clean. The person who actually was working on the area that I asked to be cleaned turned on water after both myself and the plumber (who speaks Spanish) said that water couldn't be run in that bathroom anymore. Even with deep clean issues not relating to water, stains were left but when I asked if they try to clean those spots again, it was easily cleaned - they just hadn't done it. At the end, they had gone 15 minutes over and wanted to charge me $200 for 2 1/4 hours instead of $160 for 2 hours when I had easily spent 15 minutes attempting to communicate and backtrack things that I hadn't asked them to do. My apartment needed a badly deep cleaning of every crevice because i have been temporarily disabled and my bathrooms were just yucky so I reached out for a quote and Joshua communicated quickly and with reasonable rates. The cleaners were nice and quick and did their jobs superbly. I have black countertops that leave streaks when I clean them but Clean Fast cleaned it way better than I could (no streaks!).
