The cleaners are always early, friendly, and go above and beyond what is asked of them. They don't just clean. They tidy clothes, make beds, and generally try to be helpful while present. Very reasonable prices and easy scheduling. read more

We had a great experience with Clean Fast. I needed a last minute crew to come in and do a deep clean to our house prior to moving. Josh and his crew were awesome, fast and hard working! I will be using them again for sure. read more

Highly recommended. The teammates did a deep clean of my house and cleaned my windows too. I'm very happy with the services and would definitely recommend to my friends read more

Clean Fast - Happy with window cleaning! - Home Cleaning Near Me

Always responsive, on time, and they leave our place looking very clean (even toaster ovens, etc. which is a great touch!!) Just used Clean Fast for a "move out" clean as well and everything went great as usual. Highly recommend their services. read more

We needed last minute cleaning ASAP and Josh replied within minutes and communicated excellently. They had Veronica and her team come the next morning. Not only did they show up early, but they did an exceptional job and also did laundry. Veronica did an amazing job. Clean Fast's bi-weekly discount was also a great price and we will be hiring from them again. Highly recommend! read more

The cleaning service was thorough and excellent. They take their time to make sure the spaces are spotless and even move aside objects to clean under and behind things. Though the price can be steep it is worth it for two cleaners who are very professional and skilled. Would recommend for those who need "deep cleaning" read more

They were very helpful in finding a time that worked for me. My apartment is on the larger side and they worked quite quickly which was really appreciated. Also they were just really nice people. They let me pay by zelle which was a relief because I didn't have cash at the time. I would definitely hire them again. read more

I needed temporary maid service while my regular gal is recuperating from surgery. Went with Clean Fast based on their great reviews and most affordable price (I couldn't believe some of the prices that were quoted to me by other companies! Sheesh!!) Josh set me up with an appointment right away and was super friendly & reassuring. The team of 2 ladies came (30 minutes early!) with supplies in hand, got to work immediately & efficiently, and were done 30 minutes ahead of schedule! They were very courteous & conscientious and did everything I asked. While the pricing is still above what I normally pay, I will definitely use them again until my regular gal comes back. I highly recommend Clean Fast! Thank you, Josh, and God bless you & your business! read more

They were very friendly and responsive and offered the best deal/value relates to the time allotted with 2 cleaners. They were also very appreciative for the business, which isn't the norm these days unfortunately. They 15 mins late on arrival but they texted to let me know and they arrived just in time for me to meet them before I had to leave for an appt, so it worked out. And the cleaning was very good! Will definitely use them again and highly recommend. read more

Clean Fast - Picture doesn't do it justice since I've messed things up since they cleaned! - Home Cleaning Near Me

I used them to help me take control of my "home cleaning" life. They should up on time. They did a good job. Price was not crazy. I would recommend them to others. read more

I can not recommend Clean Fast enough! I needed a very last minute move out cleaning and Joshua was beyond helpful! He was able to schedule a team to come in at the time I needed, the day I needed on such short notice! He was amazing at communicating and responding back to me. The cleaning was exceptional! Even my leasing manager pointed out that the move out clean was amazing! Multiple times she commented on how clean they left the apartment. If you're looking for a move out/move in clean I would beyond recommend them. Any type of service you need I have no doubt they'll do a fantastic job. I can not thank you all enough! Being out of town I trusted they would do a great job as Joshua guaranteed and they truly did. Thank you again! :) read more

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Josh was accommodating and professional, the service is so reasonably priced and the work was IMPECCABLE. I hadn't been in this apartment in 3 years. They came in, cleaned everything and made it sparkle. They were kind, thorough and fulfilled everything I asked for and more. They truly went over and above. This was a stressful situation for me and Josh and his crew made it so much easier. Absolutely recommend. Thank you so much! read more

Fast and worked hard. Happy with work. I'd recommend them. Despite language barrier ladies were able to clean 2/2 no problem. read more

I am a very neat person, and did not think I could be impressed by a cleaning service, but I was more than blown away about how clean my place was after using Clean Fast. Reasonable prices and more than worth it when I think of everywhere they got to. Definitely recommend! read more

The team was fantastic! Josh was very communicative throughout the whole process, and the cleaners did a stellar job. They cleaned everything so thoroughly and efficiently. I took a chance on this company and they unfortunately fell short. I came home at the beginning of their shift at my house and the older woman was on a personal call. Instead of hanging up to talk to me about expectations or to say hello, she continued her call and walked into the other room. Odd behavior but I was willing to overlook while cautiously checking my dog cameras....Over the next 2.5 hours, the older lady was seated on the phone every time I checked. The younger woman was doing all the work so I was already concerned about timing of their stay since I expected just two hours for two women to clean two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living room. We watched as they threw our face pillows on the floor and then covered our dirty duvet and decorative pillow covers with the clean ones instead of changing them out. The other bed that had been made looked worse than when I do it myself. Everything on our mantel and shelves were moved for dusting and placed back in the most disorganized way. When I talked to the older woman about these errors, she grew angry and yelled that I should just not pay. I called Josh, the owner, who was apologetic and willing to accept any resolution I thought to be fair. That's the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. And for the younger woman who busted her ass to cover for the rude older one. This company needs to vet their workers or provide training because we spent hours reorganizing and cleaning once they left :( read more

Great customer service, fair pricing and even offer a lower rate for the first time, and my floors are very clean!

They were able to come on short notice (the next day), excellent with communication, and their attention to detail was amazing!

For a last minute cleaning of my Moms place. The team was good. Not great found areas after they left that had been totally missed. But I did have to keep popping in and out so wasn't overseeing the whole thing. Also there was a communication barrier due to language differences but overall they were good. But think I will try another company next time. read more

I needed two bathrooms cleaned and Clean Fast was reliable and they did a great job. I was able to book something right away. The cleaning crew had time left over they even cleaned the kitchen. Respectful and thorough. I would book with them again! read more

Joshua is very responsive. Affordable. Two cleaners were a little late. But street parking, and all that stuff they had to carry. Yikes! So I get it. I felt bad, they didn't even need to carry that heavy vacuum. What I thought could be done in two hours was milked to three. 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. 2.5hr master bathroom. 2 hr kitchen. 30 minute 2nd bathroom. I was home the entire time and periodically checked in. I saw the pace of one vs the other. Experience was noticeable. I did have to use google translate, but that's fine. I don't mind. They do move things around to clean, don't expect them to put it back in order. They did do a good job in cleaning, got the tough, oil spots I didn't have the supplies to do myself. This is why I hired a cleaning service. So I'm a satisfied customer. They got the job done. read more

Pros: - Quick Yelp response - Able to service the area - Adequate cleaning job with nothing broken/missing Cons: - Numerous communications problems - Total Failure at meeting the schedule - Extremely expensive - Some areas still soiled I thought I was going to have a visitor/guest last week for a video recording session so I was in a hurry to get some overdue cleaning done. I was in meetings until 3pm and could not attend the cleaning crew's visit to my location until then. For whatever reason, that crew showed up two hours early and I had indicated by text that I could not escort them in at that time. By the time they were scheduled to arrive I was having trouble getting in touch with anyone. About an hour later, I was finally notified that apparently the cleaning crew had become involved in a vehicle collision and would be unable to service my appointment. Just as I was preparing to contact someone else to do the job, I was asked if someone could come to my location tomorrow to do the job and I agreed. The new appointment time was the next day at 2pm. Once again, the new crew did not show up at the agreed upon time but was, instead, an hour early. Though they had indicated they were outside, I couldn't find them anywhere. 20 minutes later, they eventually appeared and I showed them inside. I fully explained what needed to be cleaned, but then I was asked if I could speak Spanish. I said no. Because of the numerous scheduling problems and now this--sending cleaners who couldn't speak English, I requested a discount and after a number of excuses sent to me in text messages, I was eventually offered a small discount for my troubles. When I returned, everything was cleaned up more or less as well as I had expected with the exception of the main floors, which I had attempted to describe (using Google Translate) needed the most attention/effort. Ultimately, my visitor was unable to come anyway so it didn't end up being that big of a deal but I would not recommend this company, and do not intend to use this company again unless I have no other choice at all whatsoever. UPDATED TO ADD: I have found a number of items in the wrong location or missing altogether. One of the most important missing items was the remote control to my A/C. I contacted the manager of my apartment who told me that of course they don't keep spares. So, I'm going to have to cross my fingers that the Chinese-knock-off replacement remote I have to order from Amazon actually works. read more

I had a great experience with Clean Fast. I found them on Yelp and got a quote from Josh within minutes. The quote, to me, was very reasonable. We scheduled for a few days later. The cleaning team was on time and professional. They worked constantly the entire 2 hours and did a wonderful job on my 1-bedroom apartment. I will be using Clean Fast again. read more

I was looking for a cleaning service to clean 3 bathrooms and requested quotes from multiple businesses using Yelp. Joshua was a great help in providing a quote, responsive replies, and provided follow-up when needed, especially as I can be forgetful. I'm so glad Joshua did follow-up as we booked a cleaning last minute (within a day) and had no issues. Two cleaners showed up with their own equipment and, while there was a bit of a language barrier as I didn't speak Spanish, they understood my request and got to working very quickly. I'm so happy with the end result. I've never seen all 3 bathrooms so clean. The two cleaners were quick, efficient, and detailed oriented. Payment was also easy. Would highly recommend to anyone who has been putting of cleaning and to book Clean Fast. Will definitely schedule another cleaning again! read more

Joshua is very quick to respond and an excellent communcator. He sent Edwin and Evelyn to my apartment and they did a very thorough and deep clean. They both worked very hard for 3 1/2 hours straight. They cleaned corners and sliding glass door and window jams that had not been cleaned in almost 20 years. And I didn't even ask them to be that thorough. I'm definitely having them come back for next time! Erik read more
