A vehicle is truly an extension of the person driving it. And that's why keeping it clean is extremely important. I was driving by and decided to drive in and get my Jeep washed. It was covered in rock salt and snow slush. After I got through their automated track system to wash the Jeep. I was happy to see all the snow and rock salt was washed clean. I used their vacuums when the wash was finished. And they worked perfectly. Very strong suction. This place is easy to enter in and exit. The staff is very friendly as well. I have tried two locations in the last three days and without a doubt is the absolute worst car wash I ever had in my life bug still on the bumpers dirt on the windshield. The whole back end of my car is dirty. After three washes, I called their main number to get a conversation going about a refund and of course got no call back. I have been a club member with monthly subscription for over a year. This winter this location has deteriorated into a useless scam. They're constantly closing down while there's a line of cars outside due to the mechanicals freezing. When i try to beat the rush by going in the morning, they're closed at 8:45 am despite listing hours of 7-7 Monday through Saturday. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place! read more

Poor customer service the manager Jordan is rude and disrespectful and need some training or to be fired. After reading reviews the same thing happened to another customer today and she gave a different name. She is a causion female with heavy makeup and long hair. Cleveland weather! With the snow being so unpredictable (hopefully it's over?) my car was a mess. I've been very happy with this car wash. I've noticed it hasn't even pushed my mirrors out, and it's so nice to not have to get out and fix them. Personally, I feel prices are reasonable. The job is always done well and quickly. I ended up buying a membership. Go twice in a month and break even! Only downside is the lines are usually pretty long. Go early to avoid the wait. read more

I cannot for life of me understand the negative reviews. I was the 1st customer when they opened, and have unlimited membership. Best drive through car was I've ever been to. The silicone spray wax is great. There's never a drop of water after I go through the blowers. Do yourself a favor and try it yourself. I've recently cancelled my membership as I've attempted to receive a pass or whatever they call it because the tag on my windshield will not scan. I was advised because I have a newer vehicle that sometimes this is the case and they will contact corporate. The tag was placed in 3 different places and still no luck, so I was offered the option of gaining this pass. This was in May 2025. It's now February 2026, my tag still will not scan, I've given my phone number to like 10 different people to which all have assured me they will check up on it and give me a call. I've finally grown tired of waiting and cancelled. I've had no issues of the staff being rude, they've been nothing but nice and helpful, however, it shouldn't have taken almost a year to remedy this issue. I went to Clean Express Auto Wash at Solon for a car wash. After I got home, I found out that one big piece of my car's paint came off. I was so upset, so I called the store. They showed me the camera and we could see that my car's paint did not peel off before I got their service. It literally happened after couple months I got my car wash at their store. However, they denied that happened because of their bad service. After I wrote a complaint on their Google business review, they told me to email them to file a complaint but it has been over a month and I have not got any response yet. read more

This is a nice car wash! I was passing through this area and I needed a car wash. I must say, this was the fastest car wash experience I have ever had in my life. The attendant was very helpful and quick and ushered me through politely. No waiting, no tech machine payment drama, no lines. The physical car wash itself is modern, colorful, and I believe I saw some signs regarding it being extremely eco-friendly. This was one of the better car washes I have ever had in Northeast Ohio and my car immediately looked better. I zipped in and out so quickly but noticed they had free vacuums available as well, which were definitely being taken advantage of. The prices felt standard and competitive, and if I lived in the area, I'd probably just join and be a member. It's so nice to have a clean car! read more

FAULTY MACHINES BREAKING CARS!!!!!!!! On September 16th I went through this Clean Express Car Wash and put my car in neutral, per instructions, and the conveyer belt took my car through the wash. With my hands and feet off the steering wheel/ pedals the machine smashed my driver's side mirror and it got ripped off the side of my vehicle. The employee had to stop the belt, and it took the staff nearly 30 minutes to find the missing mirror, then they showed me how to file an insurance claim. Today I received a letter from the Insurance Company (North Pointe Insurance Company from QBE) that they ran an investigation of their own and denies any responsibility for the damages and claims that my mirror was already damaged before the car wash. WHICH IS RIDICULOS. Now I have to pay and replace a car part myself and because I wanted a car wash. read more

Absolutely among the worst if not the worst! Got their highest wash package and the employee {seemed like management} said it's the best thing since sliced bread and they Bentleys and rolls Royce getting washed here. Overall, I found the fairly young people that work here to be very professional. The wash is excellent. The car has never been damaged. The free vacuum is a real bonus. They have since gotten their out of control line under control, And I've not been turned away in quite some time. I think it was to do with the lawsuit next-door from Burger King for heavy traffic. I also really like how they made it very easy for me to transfer the tag to my summer vehicle without headaches. Convenient location, I won't be going back to waterways. read more

Brushes burnt through the clear coat careful bringing your car up there used to be touch less but this is a new business!

Stopped in last night after a 1000 mile trip from Florida. Front of the car was covered with bugs. Paid for the $7.00 wash. All the bugs didn't come off. Before I could say anything, the 3 young men directed me back to the car wash, sprayed bugs removal on the front of the car and sent me back thur the car wash. That's customer service!!!!! read more

Car still dirty after their wash. Long long line, they speed up the process, like you spent 25 minutes in a line and minute and a half for washing. And all dirt and dust still on sides of a car. read more

Manager Hayden Welch refused to show video from inside the wash Even though video was available. Very unprofessional management and will not take accountability for damage. read more
