I kid you not, the air in my house seems cleaner when the heat is on. But I wish they showed me all the crap they pull from the ducts. Did they collect a hairball or a garbage dump worth of material? And I dont think the tile washing was worth it at all. I've cleaned the floor better myself without the tools the fellas brought. And my grout looks like it was hardly touched. Bad: Price - While their pricing was only slightly more than other companies I researched, this was not worth it. It was beyond petty that I was charged for a second room because of a small landing from my kitchen. Leftover mess - While they did a great job cleaning the ducts, they kicked a ton of dust into my newly finished basement. The owner communicated well, was very prompt & did a good job overall. However, I noticed later the same day that several tiles in my bathroom that were previously intact had come loose. I called to discuss and he was again prompt to return my call but claimed no ownership for this nor was I offered a partial discount. Instead he indicated "that floor was in rough shape (it was not). I should have been informed this could have happened. This business lost a potential future customer.

I contacted the owner and he promised me that he would take care of the problem. Weeks passed and his crew came back down and did it again the white film became worse. I called again and was promised he was going to take care of the problem. He did it again and the white film was worse. All along asking for payment. He told me that he was sending away for a special chemical that would take care of it once and for all. His crew showed up did it again and it became so bad I had to purchase rugs just so it did not look so bad. I texted him to let him know and he promised me a full refund.
