The owner communicated well, was very prompt & did a good job overall. However, I noticed later the same day that several tiles in my bathroom that were previously intact had come loose. I called to discuss and he was again prompt to return my call but claimed no ownership for this nor was I offered a partial discount. Instead he indicated "that floor was in rough shape (it was not).
