Raphael came the day before he cleaned the carpets to measure the job and gave his price up front. He was professional and friendly. He arrived the following day on time and went straight to work. He uses a 4 step process to clean the carpets: pretreating tough spots, raking the ply up, extracting the carpets then finally buffs the carpets. I moved the smaller pieces of furniture out of the way but he moved the larger pieces away from the walls, cleaned behind them then put the item on Styrofoam blocks to protect the foot of the items and put the item back against the wall so the front area could be cleaned. He will even come back to the home to remove the blocks if you want this service. The carpets smell fresh and look new. I had several deeply stained areas that he said he would come back and reclean for no charge if I am unsatisfied with the result. He also provides his own water for the cleaning process as opposed to hooking up to your water line.
