The owner communicated well, was very prompt & did a good job overall. However, I noticed later the same day that several tiles in my bathroom that were previously intact had come loose. I called to discuss and he was again prompt to return my call but claimed no ownership for this nor was I offered a partial discount. Instead he indicated "that floor was in rough shape (it was not). He told me that he was sending away for a special chemical that would take care of it once and for all. His crew showed up did it again and it became so bad I had to purchase rugs just so it did not look so bad. I texted him to let him know and he promised me a full refund.
