The lady who was working was friendly and helpful. She was able to get me change for the quarter machine and also recommend which size washer and dryer to use. Right after I got some quarters I realized that I didn't even need them because there are credit card readers on every machine here. It only cost me about $10 to wash my duvet compared to spending $40 to send it out to be washed. What a deal! The facility is clean and bright. Tons of machines so you shouldn't have to wait. There are places to sit, relax and even wash tv. There are also washing supplies and some pop and snack vending machines if you need. The entrance was decorated very nicely for Halloween. If you want to drop your stuff off and have it washed they also offer that service, along with dry cleaning and alterations. I will come back here next time I need to wash my duvet. You are required to wear a mask when inside. Everyone was abiding by the rules due to the pandemic.

This laundromat, plus wash-and-fold did exceptional work from start to finish! They picked up my loads in a timely manner, and brought them back just as quickly. She greeted everyone as they entered and checked on people while she cleaned the machines. A fantastic gal. This was the nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever been in with clean, comfortable seating and lots of folding tables. They also have a wash and fold service that I'm sure to take advantage of in the future.

The woman next to me told my boyfriend and I good luck on getting a hold of anyone or getting my coins back. So I called the number to reach someone in regards to my coins. They called back shortly after. A gentleman came down to take a look. So this woman obviously lied. The guy took the washer apart and only found one coin so unsure what happened to the rest. 100% put all my coins in. But I have a good job so a few quarters isn't going to effect us much. Just figured why break more bills if I didn't have too. The gentleman didn't believe me at first. But that's okay anyone who knows me knows I wouldn't lie about this. But at the end he did what he could and we left things on a good note. So I still recommend this location.

I've lived in the town of Hamburg and I've also lived right down the block the fact that it smacked up in the middle of Hamburg Blaisdale area and the city is perfect for me. The workers are so helpful so sweet and so kind employee that I have associated with in the last three years here has been almost so generous that I'm puzzled by how kind they are. I've had one older woman. She helped me fold my clothes. She helped me get a couple stains out of my bikinis. She also recommended that I use the giant dryer instead of a couple of the smaller ones cause it's well worth it giant one since it's seven dollars for 30 minutes versus $4 for 6 to 7 minutes. Because in the smaller ones, you'll end up spending more money to keep them running to get your stuff completely dry. Where as the giant one you can load almost 2 1/2 loads worth in a half an hour for seven minutes. William and his wife ( and puppy dog ) some of the sweetest people you'll ever meet times in the last three years I've been short a few and they have loaned me some. BUT DON'T GO HERE WITH NO MONEY AND EXPECT THEM TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING FOR YOU.!! respect their prices because they are the lowest in the area with the cleanest, sitting lounge and the largest utility sinks. I've also came in with 17 loads with less than four hours before they closed --((mind you I am a single 23 y/o living on my own( with an extensive wardrobe, and a shopping problem, and I change my outfit at least 2 to 3 times a day I'm also very clumsy so I'm constantly getting stains on things) ))-- AnyWho, let me stay I think almost 40 minutes past closing time to finish drying and folding everything. I love them. They were recommended to me by my aunt and they are.The best laundromat I will never go anywhere else. I've gone to some of the 24 hour laundromats in the area. They all suck a little in their own way either not having a utility sink or having machines eat my quarters. or simply having smelly unkempt environments with no extra amenities a handful which are a little cheaper, but not worth having your laundry come out smelling like mildew So if you live in the Hamburg/ Buffalo area or in and around there are balling on a budget and want a clean safe place to do your laundry. 10 out of 10 recommend South Park laundromat if I could be a walking billboard for the place I would be. Or I'm doing better in the financial department. I plan on taking advantage of the nail salon and I am very particular about my acrylics. So fingers crossed that it is just as accommodating and as positive experience as the laundromat for I can recommend the nail salon as well. All right have a good day. We were on our way to Niagara on the Lake for a family reunion and John not only gave us a reasonable time and price he also recommended a nice place for lunch while we waited for our laundry to be done.
