When I almost laughed incredulously, he called the police to "complain about not paying for services" Even the cop said he was "full of Sh...t" Read my yelp review as he kept threatening (had done that BEFORE not doing any work). I have grounds to sue him but court costs would take up more than he owes me. He is actually scary and uses intimidation when maybe 5% of the work was completed (deck wash) when he demanded full payment and called police. This must be his M.O. in business. The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication. Promised timelines have repeatedly come and gone, and my attempts to obtain status updates have largely been ignored or brushed aside. At this point, I am genuinely concerned that the restoration portion of the project is being abandoned. I understand that scheduling delays can happen, but customers deserve honest communication and follow-through.
