After getting other comparison quotes we decided to accept Matthew's quote. We scheduled a day a few week out. On the scheduled day They arrived exactly at the expected time. There were three people to clean our gutters. They cleaned, sealed the gutter corners, cleaned up and hauled away the gutter debris in 1 1/2 hours. Got a quote just to eye out pricing with a few different places. I have used other local reputable…read moreplaces and noticed this was a family owned business so got the quote and was definitely out of my budget. I politely declined and whomever I was speaking with was immediately offended because "price" was obviously my issue. I replied back that it was not a fair price considering I've had other places do a fabulous job and was trying to explore my options. As a potential customer, I see they lack in how they speak to customers. no wonder when I googled this place it has 1.5 stars. Pricing is ALWAYS an issue a customer is going to look at along with a guaranteed good job. Back to Stanley I go!

Also, be careful about their quotes for windows. Their estimates clearly say they are based on "per window", but in reality it is "pains of glass". Most windows have two pains of glass, so this is fairly deceptive. They will be sure to tell you this upon arrival and jack up your original quoted price if you just counted the number of windows you have.
