Service, quality and value were all excellent They arrived as scheduled and finished in a reasonable time.

Richard Young did an impeccable job cleaning our glass-ceilinged solarium. They even spent time cleaning each pane to make sure it was spotless. I was super impressed with their attention to detail! read more

I am surprised they have any good reviews. I went to close the blinds etc, and noticed the 2" window sill was dirty with dust from the glass cleaning. I was told they don't give them a swipe but maybe it's extra. I said ok but I don't remember seeing that it was extra but it needs to be cleaned since washing the glass created the dust. So do it. Crew called the boss to advise them if this and the boss told them to leave basically saying my demands are too great. Crazy! read more

I've been wanting to get the windows cleaned for ages and I saw their truck at a house in the neighborhood and called their number. This was in October and they were already booked for the remainder of the season, so they came in April and my windows are immaculate. Very professional, and fair pricing. I highly recommend. My neighbor has already contacted them. read more

This is the first time I used this company to have my gutters cleaned. I was very impressed with the speed and thoroughness of the job. The young man who serviced our home was able to explain the source of the blockage and what was done to fix it. I would definitely use this company again. They are reliable and efficient! read more

Had 2 guys come out this past summer. They put a 8 1/2 scratch on my front storm door. I watched Brandon going back and forth sideways, circular motion trying catch the water from dripping. Apparently the metal side part of the squeegee scratched my glass window. I had sent emails to the owner never heard back. Finally weeks later owner Jim called me back. He came out looked at my door. He tried to remove it to see if can be repaired or replaced, but he didn't know how to take out the window. Jim-owner even gave me his personal cellphone # he reassured me he would get it repaired or replaced. Months went by never heard back. So I researched myself few companies said not repair it has to be replaced. So I sent him a text on his cell#. Let him know I researched it myself told had to be replaced. I texted him the information how to replace it through Larson manufacturer. He never called me back he ghosted me. I put a complaint in with BBB . He responded back to them only way would of heard back from him. He made up lies to BBB. Saying techs would never use squeegee that way even though he wasn't there I was to see it with my own eyes. He had made up many lies to fabricate his story. I can see why he has so many 1 ratings on yelp. He always blames the customer for things his employees do wrong. He even stated to BBB that all his customers are always happy the reason why his ratings are so good which they aren't. You can see why there are so many 1 ratings on yelp. I wouldn't recommend them because they are incompetent and do not take responsibility when they do something wrong they just play the blame game. Horrible customer service. read more

Great service at a good price point. Very satisfied with the job they did, i.e. window cleaning and gutter clearing.

Another great job from a great company. These guys are my go to for pretty much everything.

I have been using Richard Young's services for a few years for my exterior windows. It's very easy to make appointments and set up recurring dates. They send out reminder emails/texts before my scheduled day and get an acknowledgment when my payment has been received. Working with Richard Young's staff is easy and very pleasant. I highly recommend. read more

Very reliable. Always show up. They clean my windows (outside only) twice a year & do my yearly gutter cleaning. Have never been disappointed. I would recommended them to anyone. read more

I live overseas and have Richard Young do my gutters whilst I'm away. They are thorough & always communicate with me if they have to cancel due to weather etc. I wouldn't use another company!! 10 stars from me read more

Richard Young Window and gutter cleaning is the best. Asked for a quote on my gutters cleaned and was quoted the next day. When they came out worked efficiently and quickly. Cleaned up and bagged leaves and the price was exactly as the quote. Would recommend and will use them from now on. read more

I've used RYW&G for at least 25 years. I live in a house with two story windows, 20 ft ceilings, chandeliers, and 18 ft soffits above my kitchen cabinets. They have cleaned all these things and more. It has always been perfectly done. I highly recommend them. read more

They were recommended to us by a relative for gutter cleaning service so we contacted them for an appointment. A representative came out to the house for an estimate the next day and service was performed a few days after that. Much sooner than the timing originally given which was appreciated. Very affordable for the service provided, the cleaning resolved a specific problem we were having on one corner of the house and helped all the other areas plus the detached garage as well. Will contact them every year for cleanings moving forward. read more

Richard Young's had been servicing our gutters for a few years now, and we continue to be very satisfied with their work. The office staff are courteous, reliable, and efficient, and the gutter crews are thorough, polite, and heads-up. Most recently, the crew foreman alerted us to the fact that many of the straps holding one of our gutters were broken and needed to be replaced. This situation could have become dangerous, and we really appreciated being told about it. We have in fact recommended this company to a friend, so we clearly give Richard Young's two thumbs up! read more

I am very pleased with their product, professionalism, and responsiveness. We contracted them to clean our gutters and downspouts. They made sure the job was done to our satisfaction and were responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend them. read more

I've used these guys for years and they've always been responsive and careful. Great service!

I couldn't be happier to have Richrd Young Window and Gutter Cleaning recommended to me by a friend. I have been a customer for many years. The staff is professional, poolite, and does a great job every time. My windows are spotless, and the price is reasonable. I wouldn't have anyone else clean the windows. You would be crazy to not give them a try. read more

Great , old fashion customer service. They go out of their way to communicate with you in regard to thanking you after they have come out to your house , reminders , etc. They try hard to earn your business and it shows it the quality of their workmanship&customer service ! I would definitely recommend them. We have been using this company for approx 5-6 yrs and have never been disappointed. They have cleaned our windows inside and out and a large chandeliers ; which they did an amazing job of , has it wasn't an easy task. If something isn't up to your satisfaction they won't hesitate to come back and re-do it. Reasonably priced too ! read more

Great experience! Would hire again. (In fact, at this writing, have already scheduled again.) Hired company (in early summer) to clean gutters of home we'd recently moved into, and to make repairs to a downspout there. They arrived as scheduled, performed requested service, and upon inspection, found additional gutter problem areas (and fixed them!). Good experience. Have already scheduled gutter cleaning for fall, and also for chandelier cleaning as well. The only downside? Appointment scheduling seems to be routinely 6-8 weeks out. Very inconvenient. Maybe because they're in such demand? Maybe it is a seasonal thing during summer months? Maybe because of Covid/short of staff? Not sure, but it would be nice if scheduling could take place sooner. Nonetheless, good experience first time. Good company, good service! read more

Pleased with services. Did not need to be home for evaluation or contracted service.; very reasonable charge. Gave recommendation next day to neighbor. read more

I highly recommend Richard Young Company. I have an old two and a half story home in the village of Hamburg. I had a very hard time finding a company that would go that high on a ladder to clean my gutters. Once I found Richard Young company I knew my problem was solved. I've had them for several years doing my gutter cleaning twice a year, due to the pitch of my roof. They have always done a thorough, professional job on my gutters. Always pleasant and eager to work. A rare find these days. I don't know what I do without them! read more

I have waited a while to post a review, because I did not want to do it while I was upset. The cleaning was done well, but one window on the other side of our house in an apartment was broken. The guy pulled it totally away from the frame. Then he just had it leaning there. It was windy, and the window got blown down and broke. This is a big window. Luckily my daughter went over there and saw it. Now it is duck taped closed until I can arrange to replace it. This is a large window. There is no way the worker did not know what he did. read more

Good job gutter cleaning. Window cleaning was good as far as the glass is concerned, but not wiping away very visible leaves and cobwebs from the trim seemed incomplete cleaning to me. I didn't expect them to scrub the trim, but wiping away the obvious debris would have taken only seconds. read more

I contacted Richard Young Window and Gutter Cleaning to have my gutters cleaned. Their business model is a bit confusing and can cause some issues. At first they send someone out right away to give you an estimate. Because it was gutters and they are outside, there was no need for anyone to be home. Okay. Cool. So I get home after the estimate was left and say we'd like to hire them for the estimated job. Well then you get placed on a list that you don't really know about and they won't come of there is any freezing, which I understand, but they also won't call you to tell you that they aren't coming. And again, the only way you really know if they came, since you don't have to be gone, is if there is an invoice left. So, while I would hire Richard Young's to clean my gutters again, I really really think they would do better as a company if they focused a bit more on communication and letting you know when to expect having your work done. read more

My father has used this service for years. My first experience with them was this passed November (I live out of state) when they came to clean out his gutters. They charged almost $100.00 for approximately 20 minutes of work. Their bill states that they remove debris by hand and bag it and clear clogged down spouts and secure gutter spikes. To my knowledge they did none of that, They blew out the leaves with a blower onto the yard below and nothing was bagged and removed from the property. I called the owner and discussed it with him and he offered no explanation. This passed weekend, we had a gutter on the back of the house come down causing damage. I called the company back and spoke again to the owner to see if they were willing to make good on what they failed to do in November and he dismissed it and blamed the damage on the weather. The following day, I had a gutter specialist come to the house for an estimate for the repairs and he told me that there was too much weather damage to the rafters, facia and soffit which is the anchor for a gutter system. He also stated that this damage was caused as a result of years of water overflow from the existing clogged gutter system. My father is in his nineties and has hired Richard Young to service his gutters for several years. If you are thinking of using this company to service your gutters, I would highly suggest you look elsewhere read more

They do a wonderful job on my crystal chandelier! Sparkling clean! Also had the windows cleaned inside and out, with screens and dividers wiped, too. They do an awesome job. Today Brian and Jamie were here, and also Tom has been here previous times. They are efficient and courteous! I highly recommend this business. Thank you! read more

I am over the top thrilled with the services of Richard Young. We have been having our gutters cleaned for many years but decided to treat ourselves to a full house window cleaning. This service took out and cleaned screens, did the windows and doors inside and out. Tom and Corey went above and beyond. Every window sill is spotless and I got great advice from these guys who saw parts of my house that I hadn't paid attention to. This was the first, but won't be the last time Richard Young cleans our windows. Many, many thanks. read more

I saw his truck advertising Window and Gutter Cleaning, looked professional. I called for a appointment was told they would and could not let me know when they would be onsite for a cleaning. This should of been my first clue to cancel. I agreed because I waited to long to find a new gutter cleaner. I was told mid November but on the 15th I thought about cancelling, didn't think they where coming. Sunday morning I hear my ring go off thought it was a delivery, nope few mins later I hear banging. I looked out my front window and saw the truck. I went down to find a young man by my back porch, he never introduce himself. I asked if he was by himself, I stated that this was not safe. He was up on my roof, would if he fell off? My back patio, chairs and grill was full of mud. He complained that was in the gutte, wasn't that's why I called for service? Btw Sunday was the 29th my hoses where put away. How does one clean a gutter without a hose. I was never asked to leave one out. I had to have my son pull out a hose to clean up the mess. So much for calling a professional. My husband tried to talk to the owner, he told my husband if we didn't like the job don't pay him and find someone else. Does anyone take pride in their business? Care about the customers concerns. Having a contrctor onsite without anyone home is not safe or smart. I wasn't looking for a free ride, I was looking for a reliable, caring , build a relationship for my home. No such thing anymore. read more

Very professional and efficient. They are neat and quick without sacrificing quality.Highly recommend.

Great service! Love that they emailed me to remind me to get my gutters cleaned! I usually forget until they've frozen over and it is too late each fall. I was able to schedule easily by email. Richard Young's Window/Gutter cleaning is THE BEST service I have ever used. Two other companies over the years have done the job and neither was even satisfactory. One "forgot" to do some of the gutters. Never again will I choose any other window /gutter cleaning. Ever. From the owner who called to tell me the rain prevented their coming to the fine young men who were diligent in their work ethic. Do not hesitate or go anywhere else. BEST COMPANY IN TOWN. read more
