never had the opportunity to use them, though was just informed by the customer service rep that "service is not possible, due to our road being a dirt road and there is a fear of the truck getting stuck".... she further stated that my neighbor 500 yards down from us still has service because the road is paved to his home, which it is not. I understand concern for vehicles in the winter months, but this is the worst excuse I think I've ever heard. Inconsistent service and terrible customer service. Was a customer with this company for years and this year through the holidays November 2020-January 2021 on multiple occasions they did not pick up the trash as scheduled. Over Thanksgiving and Christmas went 2 weeks with no service each holiday. Called and left message on multiple occasions. We deducted from the bill the 2 weeks of no service since, was called by a very rude lady who told me I don't have the right to withhold payment and they didn't log my complaints of not receiving service told her it's not my problem they didn't log the complaints and the reply was it is your problem now. Funny considering this was the lady I talked to at the beginning of January when my can was overflowing due to no pickup service (household of 2 FYI) I told her that I will not pay the $12 we deducted for the missed pickups and she can come get her cans. She said thank you and hung up the phone! This is a company that does not value customers unless they are a commercial account! When we left a review on the Facebook page that they promptly deleted. Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and inconsistent service! I do not recommend this company to anyone read more
