Dear Whole Foods Market Store Manager, I am writing to share…read morefeedback regarding my experience at your Fairfax location this morning around 7:50 AM. I arrived early to purchase a birthday cake for a family celebration. Seeing that employees were already inside working at the customer service counter, I politely asked if it might be possible to process the payment early so I could stay on schedule. Unfortunately, the team strictly refused and insisted I wait until exactly 8:00 AM. While I fully respect official store hours, safety protocols, and store policies, rules are made by people, and there should always be room for reasonable exceptions. Refusing a simple request just 10 minutes before opening--when staff was already present and available--felt unnecessarily rigid and unhelpful. I had to leave to get gas and return, which added unnecessary stress to an already busy morning. I value Whole Foods for its quality products and usually high customer service standards. However, outstanding customer service relies on flexibility and good judgment when special circumstances arise. I hope this feedback encourages your team to be more adaptable and accommodating in the future. Thank you for your time and attention. Sincerely,

As per the motto we really felt as if we are at home. Dr Vyas is a good psychologist. She spends enough time to the satisfaction of patients without worrying about queue for collecting smallest details about symptoms. For my dry and itchy skin, which did not resolve by allopathic medicines, could bring under control in first session and after 3 to 4 sessions I was cured completely. This was a really a surprise to me. Her skills measuring body health by pointing fingers at wrist of the patient is awesome like a cardiac electrophysiologists. Came here looking for sea moss to help with my hormonal acne. The owner is super informative and…read morehelpful when I would ask questions. He is so nice and I could tell he cares and knows his stuff. I was eager to try sea moss as it has many benefits. I believe a jar was about $50. I bought one flavorless and was consistent with taking it orally and a week later I began applying it topically on my face. From my honest experience it helped calm down my cystic acne, but only when I began applying it topically. As for energy levels, more focus, overall better moods, etc.., it made a very subtle difference. My sister who was also taking it with me said that she felt a difference in her energy levels and felt "happier" / in a better mood. I think it just depends on each person. The taste was not bad at first but after a few times of taking it morning and evening (twice a day) I was not liking the taste. When it goes in the texture is gel / pudding like with no flavor but after you swallow it tastes like something that shouldn't be edible. I don't have the right words to describe the taste because it is 100% edible, just does not taste like it should be. There are also many different products at the store. I would recommend giving sea moss a try if it is something you're interested in because it helped me with what I was searching for, just not the other benefits it is supposed to have.

During my recent visit in May, I was totally shocked to how this Aldi has changed! For the worst! It is dirty, produce are so-so quality, shelves are poorly organized and resemble a cheap, thrift store, or yard sale with items just haphazardly thrown together, especially their specialty household items section which is now just one big messy piles! A gallon of milk that started at about $1.50 is twice that price! I also cannot find items that used to be well stocked! My, my! After I grabbed a pack of chicken breast, I sadly left - it was the worst grocery shopping experience! What happened to the Aldi we love? Staffing issue? Management? There seems to be no one in charge, or no one cares about giving its loyal customers a great shopping experience. If you don't mind the mess, snarky staff, expired grocery items, poor quality produce, and "we don't care about our shoppers but just our bottom line", yes, go ahead and shop here! But then again, why would you? I am taking my business to Lidl in Herndon and Trader Joe's in Reston....they seem to care about earning my business and out a conscious effort in keeping their customers happy!

I love that this location isn't very busy, unless I come right before closing or on/around a holiday. If there is a line, it allows me to peruse the aisle with miscellaneous items.
