Oddly enough I was also informed that they completed the job and didn't need to call me because it was done outside the privacy gate (which I had never been made aware of). This time, I was told they came to my property 4 times and called me, yet there was no sign of them on security footage, nor any missed calls from them. When I asked if I should just find another company to complete the job, they agreed that I could--at that point, it was clear they had no interest in resolving the issue.
