Over the years it has continued to grow into some of the most beautiful native Texas perennial gardens in this area. I am so appreciative that he takes the time to help me keep the beds clean, healthy and beautiful. This year due to the big freeze we lost some of our plantings but David has us up and going again. Looking forward to the summer color! He also did all of our irrigation which certainly helps keep everything growing. So many "landscapers" just call themselves that since they mow lawns primarily. It was refreshing speaking to someone who knew about pruning and shaping shrubs/bushes the right way. For a combination of trimming, shrub removal, planting, and mulching, I thought her pricing was extremely fair. Couldn't ask for a better experience and would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. I specifically asked for them to call me when they were on the property so I can open the gate. When the appointment week came and went I started to reach out. Despite multiple attempts over the course of two weeks, I didn't hear back. Finally, when I reached someone, I was told they couldn't find the parts needed to complete the job. Oddly enough I was also informed that they completed the job and didn't need to call me because it was done outside the privacy gate (which I had never been made aware of). After a month of unanswered calls, I managed to get a hold of them again. This time, I was told they came to my property 4 times and called me, yet there was no sign of them on security footage, nor any missed calls from them. When I asked if I should just find another company to complete the job, they agreed that I could--at that point, it was clear they had no interest in resolving the issue. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and doesn't follow through on promises. I would not recommend Cody Irrigation and Landscape, LLC to anyone.
