Thank you, CwM, the work your team conducted at our elder's apartment…read more The kitchen had been neglected for some time and needed a deep cleaning. This was made even worse due to a recent and persistent roach infestation that had only recently been eradicated. Your team cleaned all of her old wood kitchen cabinets (inside and out), the stove and oven, the walls, the countertops and the floor. It did not go unnoticed that they had carefully removed and replaced all of the dishes, cutlery, pots and food items stored in the cabinets in order to clean them properly. Your team also did a great job on cleaning all of the metal window frames and sills throughout the apartment. These had collected a lot of dust and grimey dirt over the years and needed some special attention. The difference was astonishing! Between the windows and the kitchen work, it actually feels like the air quality in the apartment has changed for the better. We look forward to having your team come back on a periodic basis to help keep the home in clean and healthy condition. Thank you.

I loved that Kamilla did such a thorough job cleaning my bathroom and kitchen area that I specifically asked her to concentrate on. Had to provide her with my own mop and vacuum and actually glad I did. Because I'd rather have them use my own supplies rather than the one that was used in other places also. Another thing to mention is their rates. Compared to other cleaning services that I spoke to on the phone, Cleaning Master was pretty affordable. Glad I found them especially because it was my first time using cleaning services and still doubting if it's worth it. Thanks a lot from a happy customer! Definitely recommend and will use them again in future.

Good stuff: The women arrived punctually - were organized, active and careful - used my own vacuum cleaner. Bad stuff: It was booked for 3 hours but they were ready to leave in under 2.5 hours - their own products were for a light clean but not for robust heavy cleaning - my bathtub was not scrubbed, just wiped down - they used a Swiffer for floor cleaning - I found places that were not dusted at all. So, average for maintenance cleaning but not great for deep dive cleaning.
