When I brought this to the companies attention they did nothing about it but say they would pay more attention to detail next time. Then a week or so after the cleaning I realized that some things in my apartment were missing. A new unopened fragrance that I had on my table was missing and one of my rings were missing too. I am in the process of filing a police report against this company because I don't tolerate people stealing from me. The person who was sent to clean my apartment also used my cleaning supplies without asking and the stole my cleaning supplies as well.

During the last cleaning, I noticed things later that were not cleaned in the bathroom as well as things that appeared broken. There was a drawer handle on my toiletry box that was broken. The toilet seat was missing one of the screw caps - which is a small thing but I just moved to this new apartment and was really disappointed to find that. I texted Shine and asked for an explanation and I was told to check around the toilet and there was no resolution. I am upset that I now have to spend time and money to fix that and disappointed in how Shine handled it. I explained that I wouldn't be using them again and frankly regret hiring them for the hassle it has caused me.
