I typically fill in my brows daily but decided to get them microbladed. Right as my appointment that I wanted like a month for was coming, I came down with covid and Katie was SO flexible and kind on rescheduling. She is clearly a boss so she books up pretty quickly so I had to wait another month for her services. She color matched my brows PERFECTLY and got the shape spot on. Like I said, I already had decent shape but she made them look so defined. I'm not going to lie the healing was quite annoying. You can't get them wet, sweat etc and with the Louisiana heat, it was very hard not to sweat. If I decide to do microblading again I am definitely going to get it done in the winter so I don't need to stress every time I go outside. The scary part about microblading is after the scabs fall off they lighten a lot & then darken back up. Katie eased my anxiety and they looked nice after the first session. I went back for my perfecting session 6 weeks later & they are just about healed now. The healing process was also a lot easier the second time around. I am happy with my results and would recommend Katie to anyone, especially redheads!

I liked her work, so I reached out on the website for an appointment. Response time was quick and Katie was really flexible in accommodating me (I contacted her for a next day appointment during probably the busiest time of year in New Orleans - Mardi Gras). She squeezed me in for the next day and gave me detailed address info so that I wouldn't have any problems finding the place. She even texted me the day of the appointment when an earlier appointment slot became available, which I happily took. When I got there, she got started with me right away (despite me interrupting her break because I was a little early, sorry Katie!). She was very gentle and I didn't experience any discomfort. When I finally was done and looked at my eyes, they weren't red or irritated, something I'd noticed in pics in reviews for other places. And, my lashes were BEAUTIFUL! I got a new full classic set. The whole process took about 2 hours and the lashes lasted for weeks. Katie did an amazing job, plus she's super sweet with awesome customer service. 100% recommend.

Sharron removed my old extensions and started from scratch. She talked me through the process, and allowed me to choose exactly what look I wanted. It's been three weeks and they still look perfect! I refuse to go to anyone else! After having my extensions done by Sharron, I think I'd feel naked without them. Her lash kits are seriously a lot of things to set us up for success with how passionate she is about lashing and teaching it. On the first day she made sure to break down everything from what we're learning on each day and start off with the basic on the first day. She would show her work and other's and draw out placements of how she would map out everything. When I had a struggle with a few things she would help me and explain everything very detailed and helped me correct it. She will also help you with communication and how to promote yourself with getting more clients. On the last day was live model day where we put our knowledge to the test and she was very supportive throughout everything no matter how long it took to do. Where do I start with this horrific experience. Silly me purchased a Groupon for a micro blading…read moreservice. The service listed on Groupon was $500 now 204. Very quickly you realize the integrity of this business with the normal price is 200. When I question what service I'm having, the receptionist said it was Groupon's decision to have it listed at $500. Then comes time to booking the service. When I first called, I was told to book on the website. When I told her I didn't have access to a website at that point in time, she said to call back later. A few days later I have access to the Internet and book the appointment. Two hours before the appointment, I received a cancellation of the appointment, costing me 250 in lost revenue (I could have taken a client myself ). The email asked me to rebook on the app which I do for the next day. The next day I look up the location of the business on Groupon, and catch a taxi to the location. It was 9 AM and nobody was at the business. I called the receptionist number and was told the business is at a new location. And that I could still keep the appointment time. Another taxi ride later, I arrive at the new location at 9:20 AM. The business is still closed. I called again and was told Angela is pulling up. 10 minutes later I called again and I'm asked if I would like to reschedule!!!! Wtf!!!! I shared with this woman that this business should not be an operation. Not only are they disrespectful of other people's time, and money, they are completely deceiving people with their marketing. I called Groupon about this mess, and they are not the best organization as I believe they are head honcho's in deception. After this Occasion I will never use Groupon again, and would never use this salon for anything!!!! Agh! Stay away!!! Dumb and dumper!!! Additional comment to salons response- I'm a local to New Orleans. Note my above comments that I called FIRST and was told by your business to book online. This wasted my morning and now I'm stuck trying to get a refund from Groupon.
